I called for a emergency service call on a Saturday night and Ricky arrived in 39 minutes. He was great! Unfortunately we still had a small problem in the morning and AA came out early Sunday morning in less than one hour. Joe showed up, another professional with a great bedside manner. I have used AA for 2 years and they are great company. I highly recommend the maintenance agreement. Thank you AA!!
This company is exceptional. Last Saturday I had maintenance work for the heating. Artemio did an outstanding job, clarified all my questions, and was very attentive. He is truly a major asset for the company. I would definitely recommend AA Service. Thank you!
Execellent service provided by Mr. Arnulfo Jazo "AJ". Very professional, explained in detail the conditions of our furnace. I was impressed by the care he took of seeing the job site totally undisturbed to the extend that he took with him the old used filters. We will request his services next time.

I had an appointment from 3-6 today to fix my A/C, which has been out for three days. It was a no call, no show. We finally got in touch and the technician seemed kind and helpful. He was able to give me some tips over the phone, and I felt like I made some progress. So, stars for that.
However, now there is an after-hours fee, questions about whether my landlord will pay that fee, and it s unclear if we can get roof access in my building at night.
I understand that AA is probably struggling to meet demand due to the heat wave, but still. I m a doctorate level essential worker in healthcare during COVID. I took off work to make my appointment, and it s hard for me to just leave the office mid-week again to sit around the house. I m really struggling without AC and was looking forward to the appointment.
Editing my review to 4 stars since the technician took the time to call me back, give me some more advice over the phone on how to manage the system overnight, and promised an appointment first thing tomorrow. I felt cared for and the apology was very sincere.
AA has done a good job for us for many years. This post is specifically to recognize Andy Choyinski, the technician. Andy has been to our home several times --- and every time he is highly competent, friendly and trustworthy...and really takes the time to explain issues and options to my wife and I. We really value Andy a lot!
We have a water-cooled central AC system in our apartment. For some time we had a problem with our circuit breaker flipping off. Two other AC contractors were unable to diagnose the problem - one said we needed an entirely new unit at a cost of over $11,000. Tom T. diagnosed the problem on his first visit - one resolved by a low-cost wiring change. The service call charge was quite reasonable.
AA Services had resolved other residents' problems where another contractor had also proposed a new system. Our building engineer referred us to AA Services because of that experience. We were very pleased with Tom T.'s professionalism and ability to detect and communicate the problem. The telephone scheduling people were also pleasant and responsive. We would like to be able to call upon AA services for any future problem
Our technician Mark R. was very timely, professional, and knowledgeable. He fixed our furnace and explained the problem thoroughly. He was also available to do the yearly maintenance for us while he was here. I m very happy with the service we received and would recommend AA to anyone who may need HVAC services. I plan on asking for Mark to be our permanent maintenance technician.

AA Service is a top notch mechanical contracting firm - experts in all aspects of HVAC/Plumbing/Water Heating/Hydronics/outdoor Snow Melt - from small residential to larger commercial jobs. My (1937) house has several systems - Forced Air (HVAC) Furnace and a Boiler that supplies domestic hot water, radiant floor heat, and a small front sidewalk snow melt system. The call with Mark M was in regards to the snow melt system. Mark immediately diagnosed the situation regarding the problem - incorrect/incomplete wiring to the boiler (not separated from the indoor floor heat). Up until that point, three other contractors could not figure out the simple solution that Mark came up with. He had the job done within 3 hours and saved me on purchasing any additional parts. Super quality work and a very reasonable bill... refreshing. Furthermore, Mark mentioned that I could save on the gas bill with combing / zoning the separate furnace(s) in the house and that AA has a specialist for that who would come over and take a look and give me an estimate.
It truly is a great feeling when you find a (mechanical) contracting firm for your home or business that has highly trained specialists and professionals that can provide the best solutions to make you comfortable - and save on the utility bills - whether it involves gas, water, or electric. AA is that one firm and is well run on all facets.
