We had a bunch of mold in a house we recently bought and they came out to take care of it before we moved in. We haven t ever had to use a restoration company before so I really don t have a lot of experience with this stuff. But they seemed like they knew what they were doing. They were very professional.
We have used quite a few companies for our water issues for our rental units. These guys are the best water damage companies we have used. No questions asked. Levi and Adam and the other guys who come with them are always very professional and respectful of our renters. (That gets pretty tricky sometimes because we have some awfully odd people renting from us. I hope they don t see this )They are fast getting to the job and they try to dry as much in place as possible so we don t end up having huge reconstruction bills. You need to try using these guys, we use them for everything.
Very happy with their work. We had to move all of our stuff out of our apartment while they worked on a water line break. They seemed a lot more competent than the company the apartment office had working on the actual water issue. Bridget, who headed the pack out project, was really easy to work with.
My sister's kids messed up my entire home, it was a nightmare. i called these guys and they came in a timely manner. all decked out in their white suits to come clean everything up.
Paul is the owner and is great. We thought the issue we were dealing with was a lot worse than it was. It would have been really easy for them to take advantage of the situation. Instead it turned out to be an issue that cost less than our deductible and Paul gave us some things we were able to do ourselves to help us save money since the insurance wouldn t be paying for it. Very honest company!
I work in the admin office for our property management company and I end up dealing with the office people here a lot. Cary and Denise are the best. Whenever I need anything they find it for me. My email is all over the place so I miss invoices a lot. So I call them for help with what invoices have to be paid a lot. They are great.
5 star work every time! We use them for our apartment water damage and biohazard issues. They have fogged our offices a few times as well.
We had a fire in one of our rental units in Mesa. They came out to the property within about an hour from the time we called. Their work was done very well and quicker than the quotes we got from some other restoration companies we called. They are the best as far as I am concerned. They helped us deal with the insurance company, who was a nightmare to deal with. Very happy. I would highly recommend them.
I had a hot water tank leak that went through and around the pedestal and into the walls. Kevin and his team were very professional (on time, polite, informative, and cleaned everything up when they were done). I was told upfront what they were going to do, why each thing needed to be done, and how long their services would be needed. Their calculations were spot on and they also helped me with my house insurance.claim. I"m disabled and wheelchair bound; they made sure all their fans were placed effectively, yet did not hinder my ability to get around in the hallways. They moved some on of belongings for me that were getting wet and that I wasn't able to move myself. When they were finished, you could not tell they had ever been there (meaning they left my home "as it was" prior to the water mess). I highly recommend SERVPRO and would definitely use them again.
Great service. Our insurance didn t want us to use them, but we did anyways. I m glad we stuck with them. I didn t like the guys the insurance sent out first. They wouldn t give us straight answers about anything, but the guys at servpro kept us in the loop the whole time.
