They are rude and disrespectful.... I've called numerous of times and now 2 wks have passed and their just now letting me know that I won't receive a check til next which is ridiculous

- You tried to tell me that my commute would be too long despite knowing absolutely nothing about the area I reside in. I live near the client and I know it doesn't take an hour to get there. Using Google Maps doesn't make you an expert.

- I specifically told one of your recruiters to respond back to me via e-mail.
Apparently, you hire people who can't follow directions. When I got his call I immediately hung up and blocked the number.

One of the worst agencies to deal with, don't waste your time.

They put me to work about a year and a half ago and I had no issues with them. They even helped me with gas when they first put me on an assignment. I was on assignment with them for a year and enjoyed them and the company I was placed with.

Great professional and friendly staff, Priscilla and Lola were Great. A3 staffing solutions offers great opportunities and I Thank them for all of their assistance.

As far as staffing agencies go, one of the more pleasant ones I have dealt with. As a former Career College Program Supervisor I have had the pleasure, and misfortune, of dealing with several temp-to-hire and placement agencies over the last 7 years and the staff at A3 have always been prompt and courteous.

Aside from a couple misunderstandings regarding on-call and bonus pay, which A3 was very prompt in resolving, I have had a pleasant experience. I will be putting them on the list for placement opportunities for the College that I used to work for...

Not the kind of temp agency that sends directly to a job, more of a referal for another interview with the job your trying to get

I was contacted by this staffing company about a job that I was a great fit for by Lola and Michelle. So we set up a interview, made it to the interview and I began to have a interview with Lola and than with Michelle after meeting with Michelle she was told to wait in the interview room so she could talk to Lola about my interview and the client. Was left in the interview room for over 30 mins by myself. So I thought to go back to the counter to speak to someone and Michelle totally forgot about me and Lola left for the day. If I didn t get up and go back to the counter I probably would have been left there for god knows how long maybe next business day. So after that I been calling for the past three weeks and each time I called I was told Lola will call me back but never did just like the interview no one called me back. What ever happened to they motto putting us first I felt like I wasn t a priority to them. So I call back today and the guy who puts up the phones told me I just pulled Lola out of the meeting and she told me the position was put on hold this apart of your job is to help others find a job to support they are families a courtesy call would ve been helpful. Start living by the companies motto it will help grow your business.

I was called by A3 Solutions for a PC Migration project in early November, which went well and informed from the company that I was referred to that I did a good job. The second PC Migration project that I was offered was delayed phrased as "canceled, postponed / rescheduled", which wasn't fully confirmed. I would have appreciated more notice before the 1st day of the project about that.

WORST STAFFING AGENCY EVER!!!THEY MESSED UP MY CHECK. .IT IS A WEEKLY CHECK BUT IT TOOK LIKE 2 WEEKS TO GET MY SECOND CHECK MY FIRST CHECK CAME LATE BUT THE 2ND NO ONE KNEE WHERE MU CHECK WAS. THEY DIDN'T HELP PLACE ME AFTER MY CONTRACT WAS UP. THEY LIED AND SAID I WOULD GET PAID A CERTAIN AMOUNT AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THEY LIED THEY DIDN'T EVEN TTYL TO CORRECT THE SITUATION .THEY PERSONALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR WORKERS.

To be honest was a great experience learned , my foreman was a great guy James Denzell I give 5 stars but not Jon sons cause one day this big fella show up and he change everything he send me to east cost and I said no problem but he never mentioned I ll be in night shift and different company, to me was rude we was doing great and i was doing awesome performance my job everyday challenge with deadlines but at the end he throw me under the bus

Like a bunch of circus monkeys trying to perform. Homer Simpson would be smarter. I get called frequently for other positions, but here is the kicker they don't even know who they are calling. I would already be on an assignment with them and be called continuously by Lola over and over like she has no clue I am on assignment with them already. I have been called so many times by them when they already have me on assignment I have to ask them why are you calling me for another job when you have me placed elsewhere... really!! When I call for information about anything payroll, questions about an assignment etc... they act they have no idea why I am calling??? The first assignment I went on for the interview they called so many times the day before and morning of to keep reminding me to "show up" I was harassed more than helped. I don't need to be called and reminded 20 times I have and appointment, no seriously!!! I am 40 years old stop calling me like I am 10 and your my parents!!! Calling them you have to repeat yourself over and over while getting screened by them. I am your employee not a bill collector. WTF?

This company is a rip off. They sent me to an incorrect address luckily I still was offered the position but not only that was refusing to pay me the amount that was promised. I finally received access to my check stubs.. and guess what they gave me the pay rate they wanted to give even though we agreed upon 14 p/hr.. All im going to say is get all of your paperwork and proof upfront.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, WOULDNT BE SUPRISED IF THEY TAMPERED WITH INDIVIDUAL'S SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS.

Totally unprofessional, stay away from this company if they call you or email you ignore them.

Who are these complainers??
I had a very good experience with the staff at A3. Jesse and Lola are quite personable and were able to secure me a position with a IT Support company in the Dallas area.
The staff at A3 polished up my resume, and when it came time to interview for the position, they gave me a brief history of the company and then walked me through some of the questions they thought might be asked of me.
My interview went well and I eventually secured a position.
Before I met the folks at A3, I was trying to look for a job on my own. I had a few interviews but I believe it was the extra effort put forth by A3 that allowed me to secure a full time position.

Well I got a called from Precilla saying that she had an IT entry level position available since that is what I am looking for I said yes because I need the experience. She told me to go to their office for paperwork. I asked her if I needed to bring anything and she just told me to bring my ID and social. She did not say anything about an interview. She told me to be there at 9:00 am. I got there at 8:45 am and then she texted me if I was ready for my appoinment at 9:30 am. I did not think much about it. I was expecting they were going to give the company name, job description so I could do some research before going to the actual interview. They did not give me any information but sent me to the interview instead totally unprepared. Someone there change my resume and forgot to mention anything about it to me. I went to the interview it did not so well since I wasn't ready for that at all but they still offered me a second interview later that same day. I texted Precilla asking of she could at least send me the job description so I could be better prepared for the second interview. She read my text but decided to ignore it. I called her three time to ask her what was going on and she just sent my calls sttaight to voice mail. In my opinion that was really unprofessional. They mixed up my resume in the past that clearly says that I was looking for an IT technician job and put it in the administration file. I don't really know how can they mixes those up but somehow they did.

I just called to my college and explained what happened. They told me they will never send any resumes to A3 solutions. I'm guessing this is not the first time to have issues with them.

My advice do not even waste your time with people like them. Would not recommend that place to anyone. I just told them to get me off their calling list.

I was under contract for 7 months through A3 and it was nearly impossible to get any straight answers to any question I had especially when it came to pay. They would never follow up with me so I had to reach out to them instead for nearly everything. That being said the staff is friendly.

I did a two day assignment for them as a Level 3 Field Tech. and it was great, I had no problems with the company or getting paid. I would gladly work for them again.

My first and probably last contact and experience with A3 Staffing Solutions was less than professional. I was contacted August 3, 2016 regarding a 3 day project in Diamond Bar California. The job was a simple hardware roll-out/upgrade. A job which I was well qualified for. I have over 20 years experience in the IT profession, and a bachelor's degree in Info Sec.

I assured Adron that I was available, and that I could make it to the job site. Later that day Lola called to confirm that I indeed would be available, and would report to the site. I asked for her to email me the job directions , and contact information. She said that it would be emailed to me on August 4. I never received the promised information.
