Well I got a called from Precilla saying that she had an IT entry level position available since that is what I am looking for I said yes because I need the experience. She told me to go to their office for paperwork. I asked her if I needed to bring anything and she just told me to bring my ID and social. She did not say anything about an interview. She told me to be there at 9:00 am. I got there at 8:45 am and then she texted me if I was ready for my appoinment at 9:30 am. I did not think much about it. I was expecting they were going to give the company name, job description so I could do some research before going to the actual interview. They did not give me any information but sent me to the interview instead totally unprepared. Someone there change my resume and forgot to mention anything about it to me. I went to the interview it did not so well since I wasn't ready for that at all but they still offered me a second interview later that same day. I texted Precilla asking of she could at least send me the job description so I could be better prepared for the second interview. She read my text but decided to ignore it. I called her three time to ask her what was going on and she just sent my calls sttaight to voice mail. In my opinion that was really unprofessional. They mixed up my resume in the past that clearly says that I was looking for an IT technician job and put it in the administration file. I don't really know how can they mixes those up but somehow they did.

I just called to my college and explained what happened. They told me they will never send any resumes to A3 solutions. I'm guessing this is not the first time to have issues with them.

My advice do not even waste your time with people like them. Would not recommend that place to anyone. I just told them to get me off their calling list.
