Probably one of the worst property management companies I've spent my money on. Despite services charges and rents increasing 2 times a year, the service is getting worse. 6 weeks for a boiler to be repaired during January, 6 weeks for a new fridge to be delivered (had to buy one in the end). Mould problem persistent for years, being greeted by project manager like it was our fault. The way a lot of the bigger wigs talk to their paying tenants is pretty atrocious.
Any problems you have with maintenance, they send out the least qualified and cheapest people. Most seem very nice, but the type that come with a pen knife to repair an electrical fault. They have so much work on all over the area they covered, everything is rushed, you can see if in their faces and the way they talk. From plumbers to kitchen repair to delivery drivers, they are all working to deliver their tasks for the day without the choice of breathing in between.
It is shocking that you would pay for a service, only to get the minimal level of service. The property managers couldn't care about urgency, your place could be on fire and they would just ignore it (not that you would call your property manager in the event of a fire).
Eco the sentiments of anyone who gives a bad review. But need to remember this is a property development company, if customer care was a priority they wouldn't be as filthy rich as they are. Recently moved to St George's property and they at least act a lot faster with better levels of service.
Completely and utterly useless. Unsympathetic, rude and on a par with Parking Eye when it comes to customer service!!
The worst management ever!!! I live in a property managed by A2Dominion and it is horrible!! Rubish everywhere!! Everytime it rains the hallway gets flooded and the water enter the flats!! All the neightbours are complaining about that but they don`t care!! If you are thinking in contract them DO NOT DO IT!!
I have lived at this property for 11 years and can say that I ve never experienced such awful management! My boiler hasn t been working for almost 4-5 YEARS now and a2dominon are so inconsiderate that they can t even replace the boiler for us. I have been going back and forth from a2dominon itself and TSG who pretty much couldn t care less! We know how we ve spent these last few years without hot water, it s a bit embarrassing to keep on going to the neighbours house to use their showers. My disabled mother, who is no longer with us no more (May her soul rest in peace) couldn t even have her hot baths in peace as we suffered for days, either by quickly using the cold water and coming out or going days without a shower. This is a very downfall to the company itself and I m not surprised by the amount of reviews I can see on here regarding the same issue.
Some naming and shaming is going to happen here...
My friend/neighbour has had an issue with harassment from the next door neighbour for the past two years. A2 Dominion have been notified constantly with regard to this and both the housing officer Julie Willett and her manager Babul Ali have been made aware. A complaint was also raised against Julie as it was discovered that Julie socialises on a regular occasion with the people causing the harassment. Further to the complaints raised against her, nothing appears to have been resolved or done and my friend now feels in danger as well as intimidated even more so. I do not think it is suitable for someone who has children such as my friend to have to put up with not only the harassment but intimidation, noise pollution along with constant banging and dog fouling in the front Garden. I myself have been in touch with Bromley councils environmental health as the fowling is becoming unbearable, so can not imagine what someone with two children must have to go through having this on their doorstep. Sort it out A2 or this will be escalated even further as this is not safe guarding what so ever.
4 days now without heating and not a care in the world from a2dominion. Worst housing association I have ever known of. Abysmal customer service, not a single care for their tenants. I have been passed on from agent to agent. Housing officers change every few months (surprise surprise) and none of them thus far have been of any help. During a pandemic, this is unacceptable. I have gone through many many issues and always struggled to get a resolution through a2 dominion. How much longer must I stay without heating before someone actually gets it sorted. I only wish that I could score them lower.
Genuinely the worst company I have ever dealt with: repairs / reports through their online system go missing, or are simply closed without action; to speak to anyone they put you on a long and indefinite hold; the customer service team are terrible, they make errors and simply don't care if anything gets done; when you finally do get a workman/woman they are the dregs of the profession, slapdash, and often don't show up at all - this has happened several times. Literally every interaction I have had with this company is either a headache or a waste of time. Shockingly bad.
I have never left a review in my life, but I feel so passionately about how useless A2 dominion are, that I felt compelled to share..
If I could give less than a star I would..genuinely terrible...one of the most useless companies I have ever dealt with. It is essentially a company designed to make dealing with them difficult, they never follow up on any issue you may have, you are only ever directed to to reporting stuff on their website, to which they will ignore. Similarly, if you are a tenant and not a landlord, the care even less.
From one human to another, I pray that you never have to deal with them, for the sake of your sanity...
The worst property management company!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Very poor customer service; as a new tenant, your inquiry gets tossed around between their internal teams who have NO idea what responsibilities lie where.
I live at Exchange Gardens in Vauxhall and with so many units that were recently leased, you would think they would staff properly. But it seems that the property manager is overwhelmed with the amount of requests. I have followed up 4 times over the course of 1.5 months with NO response.
The only reason we are renting with them is because the flat is nice, otherwise on our next flat, we will make sure it is not with a2!

This review should be considered zero. A2 Dominion do not tell you that when you leasehold their properties you also buy the right to live with Rats, Coakroaches, Squats, Robbers, etc among other things. I didn't know that I was paying rent and service charge to live with Rats, Coakroaches, Squats, Robbers, etc.
I bought a shared ownership apartment from them. It was gorgeous, in a wonderful location and very affordable. I rented 60% of the property at a very reasonable rate. I thought the service provided was outstanding.
A2 Dominion is one of the best Housing Associations in the U.K.

Its a joke I reported an issue with no heating or hot water and over 8 days still no one turned up each time I make a call I am over the phone over an hour with A-Z company's I being passed like a football between silver , vital energy, A2. Outside of hours service never came up either enough is enough I raised the issue with citizens advice.
For my experience probably, has been the best agency so far. I went to see a flat with Emily, process super easy & fast: brand new flat, amazing & cheap, put offer immediately; fast referencing & immediate contract.
Unfortunately, for personal problems, I couldn't sign the contract but the flat was great & all the team has been really polite & trustable.
I hope I can use you again in the future as so far, never found any agency as easy to process, as this.

I had to select 1 star in this review but it would be -1000 stars as this is a company mismanaging and abusing its place in the industry and causing harm to Thousands Daily!
Get together with fellow residents, get pettions going and complain to your MP and local government.
If you do get through on the phone they log calls cut you off and no one handles issues in my experience and acording t others online. .
Many online report tier 1 and tier 2 staff can't handel calls, they often do not answer or unable justify wrong service charges and do not understand the paperwork they send out.
Its peoples homes and peoples lives and everyone deserves to be treated fairly, but A2 have been extremely poor towards me with accounting and appears online reports from others saying the same.
Without Prejudice. Report issues to your local government and MPs and write to A2 with concerns as well letting them know this is not acceptable.
Terrible management company, takes forever to get anything solved with them
I bought my first property back in 2009, 40% Shared Ownership. I eventually moved out 4 years later & now back to Renting untill I can afford a mortgage on property I own outright and not in Shared accommodation. The management of A2Dominion was absolutely ridiculous in attending to any matters i.e. security, dumping, broken facilities, (We even had no hot water for 3 months at a time in our apartment for 2 years in a row ??? You would call A2D and get no answer or if someone did then you would never get a callback. Communal broken doors would take years to be repaired. Very depressing and Eventually I just had to get out to save my sanity from such mishandling. An absolute joke! (I am now checking in on the Sharehousingscheme with A2D 7years later,..and its clear just reading everyone's reviews from recent experiences that nothing has changed).
If I could give them no stars I would. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Horrible, rude, incompetent staff.
What can you say about this company as the Citizens Advice Bureau and they will tell you

Worst housing association have been fighting for 8 years to get damp and mould sorted and find myself still fighting after surveyor came for properly the 5 time and every single one gives a different reason, will only hear from them if you haven't paid rent on time they don't even care if your health suffers, ive even emailed CEO and still nothing

A2 Dominion is running an appalling customer service. Repairs requested are never handled on time. Complaints made to their complaints department are not responded appropriately. The self-styled procedure devised by this company is pathetic. If you want to speak to the Supervisor, you have to wait for 48 hours to do so. If you file a complaint, you have to wait for EIGHT WEEKS before you might get a unsatisfactory reply. Tenants of A2 Dominion have never been treated fairly and most of the time they end up getting a repair done from their own pocket. There is nothing positive about this group which could be applauded.
Absolutely stay away from this housing association. People in the head office are rude and useless. There is especially a guy called Nathan who works there as a manager and he is completely useless and incompetent. Additionally, Joty property manager of Gazelle House in E15 (London) is not able to do her job. The property is full of rubbish in the communal area . It toole them 1.2 years to fix a lift that was not working in the property. 1.2 years (14 months). Do not deal with this people and avoid buying or renting from this housing association. I am taking them to court!!!

Despite it clearly breaking tenancy agreement, complete lack of meaningful action to remove chronically noisy neighbour. Keeping surrounding doctors and nurses up at 3am most nights and disrupting their work! Disgraceful!
Warning: Do not buy A2Dominion Homes. They sell private, part-rent/purchase new builds all of which have a social housing block as well. We purchased an apartment at Salton Square E14 and they do not adhere to their selling promises. More

I wish there was a negative star. My application is not considered because I am married to British citizen and their finical adviser told me that I can not get mortgage. As per my finincial advisor I can get mortgage without any problem.
A2Dominion is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. My ceiling in the kitchen collapsed on the floor as they have been ignoring my report about a leak for over half a year. Liars and scammers, completely useless and not willing to help at all.
