Probably one of the worst property management comp...

Probably one of the worst property management companies I've spent my money on. Despite services charges and rents increasing 2 times a year, the service is getting worse. 6 weeks for a boiler to be repaired during January, 6 weeks for a new fridge to be delivered (had to buy one in the end). Mould problem persistent for years, being greeted by project manager like it was our fault. The way a lot of the bigger wigs talk to their paying tenants is pretty atrocious.

Any problems you have with maintenance, they send out the least qualified and cheapest people. Most seem very nice, but the type that come with a pen knife to repair an electrical fault. They have so much work on all over the area they covered, everything is rushed, you can see if in their faces and the way they talk. From plumbers to kitchen repair to delivery drivers, they are all working to deliver their tasks for the day without the choice of breathing in between.

It is shocking that you would pay for a service, only to get the minimal level of service. The property managers couldn't care about urgency, your place could be on fire and they would just ignore it (not that you would call your property manager in the event of a fire).

Eco the sentiments of anyone who gives a bad review. But need to remember this is a property development company, if customer care was a priority they wouldn't be as filthy rich as they are. Recently moved to St George's property and they at least act a lot faster with better levels of service.
