Friendly, helpful and a great quality service when I needed a poster printing for a presentation

We have been using PEP printers for a while now and every task we have set them (most have not been big earners!) have been attended to in an efficent, friendly and business like manner and the outcome has always been exactly what we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for anything in the print world, well done Andi and all his team for their outstanding work.

Used PEP a couple of months back for some wedding invitations. They got back really promptly to emails and calls. Offered a very reasonable price and superb, professional quality on the final product. If you want to support local businesses, use PEP! Would definitely recommend them over using more larger corporate printing firms as you get a much better personal service. Thank you Andi and team.

Very pleased with the positive and helpful attitude from PEP from our first contact, assistance with design formatting and delivery, all inside a few days. Great service.

I took my design card in to get printed in two days.
I was pleased that it didn't cost too much for 100.
I counted the cards several times when I got home and discovered that there were 23 short from the 100.
I rang and told them thinking that they would replace the 23 but the gentleman said that they would replace the 100. I objected but he insisted so I accepted it and they even delivered.
I would use PEP again.

Pep the Printers offer an excellent service and very fast turnaround time. They even offered to send a proof of what the leaflet would look like before they printed them off for us.

Always get great service and quality from Mark and his team at PEP. I've had cards, flyers, banners, brochures, signage and posters printed by them in the last year and they have not let me down. Ever.

Mark, Andi & the rest of the team at PEP are the very best of the best. Always incredibly professional, friendly and helpful they make the often daunting task of preparing printing an absolute breeze.
We never use anyone else for printing and if you are looking for a company who will not only process jobs incredibly promptly and reliably but also produce stunning, high quality work then you shouldn't either.

PEP produced our fire alarm log books, the customer service was quick and helpful and the final product was also very good.

Helpful & quick turnaround; good quality prints at a reasonable price

I've used PEP a number of times now after being recommended them. Great customer service seems to be a rare thing these days however it's live and kicking at PEP.

Nothing is ever too much trouble and the team are always very helpful when it comes to answering my questions. On a number of occasions I've needed print on a tight turnaround and they've always been accommodating even at their busiest of times.

If you're after a quality print job, I can't recommend PEP highly enough.

Terry at PEP is amazing! Nothing is too much trouble. My latest task for Terry has been to scan and send 3 botanical paintings to an organisation with VERY exacting requirements. They have had to be amended several times and Terry has been most obliging and patient! The quality of work is very high and it is a pleasure to visit the shop. Well done.

Terry, immediately made a copy of my project from my external hard drive and within minutes he had created a file of exactly what I wanted. After printing an example to ensure everything was fine and I was happy, he immediately printed off the number of prints I wanted. Super service.

Awful customer service here today. I went in looking to have my wedding invitations printed. The very rude and abrupt woman said she could take my design and print one for me to look at but it wouldn t be today as she didn t have time. I said that was ok and she gave us a folder to decide what paper we wanted. After a couple of minutes we went back up to the counter where another customer had asked for the same and the very nice young gentleman serving her said it wouldn t be a problem! He came over to us and said he would print one for us but there was about a fifteen minute wait, no problem I replied but all of a sudden the very rude women came back and very abruptly said I have said no we are not printing as we have no paper!!!!!!! To which I replayed that the customer who came in after us and is asking for the same thing was having hers printed so what was the issue. She raised her voice and said I told you I can print you one during the week, you leave the design here. At this point we left the shop very upset and disappointed in the lack of customer service. How does a printing shop run out of paper? Why did the gentleman say it was ok to do it? Why have no respect for potential paying customers? We will definitely not be returning!

Great staff, very helpful, great pricing and a top class printing job for the brochures I needed. I will use this company again and strongly recommend you check them out before going elsewhere. Terry was a great help with his experience and that resulted in a product of superb quality.

It was a fantastic surprise when I was given a beautiful box filled with goodies, useful stuff - notebook, display calendar, chocolates (ummm) but the best thing about it, for me, was the personalised ribbon around the box - it made it so special. You guys rock!!
