PPP loan supposed to be forgiven for small amount without any documents however A10 is trying its best to earn huge profit from customers by giving hard time not forgiving their PPP loan and will put hold flag for no reason. They are arent even ready to process PPP loan forgiveness.

I ve been trying to get my second ppp since the first day it opened. Went through about 5 different lenders with resolution. No phone numbers or anything. Truly above and beyond. Ken step in to help us out when another bank made a truly horrific (and unethical) error on our application. He is exceptionally well versed all the rules and laws that govern the PPP and forgiveness process. He's been accessible almost at any time of the day or night. It's been a dream to have a banker who will actually respond to calls and thoughtfully help formulate a strategy. I would give him ten stars if I could!

The loan itself was easy to get. But now that it is time to apply forgivesness - it is like a ghost town. No one will answer calls or emails. Not a great way to impress customers

I got my first draw in feb 2021 through Joe Fourney. He was extremely thorough, highly professional and made this easy. He kept in contact and funded quickly! When i tried my second draw, the sba had some issues and joe was diligent in making sure i got my second round. He would give daily updates of all sba calls and policy and even worked on sundays to obtain the ppp for me. Joe is one of the most professional people i ever met, one of the rare who keeps his word, good or bad news, he never failed to keep his word and in the end got everything accomplished!
