I have been a client of Charlotte Lanier, Agent, for several years now. She has been such a blessing thanks in part to her exceptional service, professionalism, and most of all her industry knowledge. She has always been available to help me in my most immediate crises! Recently, she advised me of a accident disability policy that would be potentially of great financial assistance so I bought into it. Just 2 weeks later, my first accident which required major surgery and recuperation occurred. I called on the company with my new policy information and was instructed to fill out a claim for review. I received a check just 2 weeks later that was life saving to my financial situation. Bad enough COVID - but now I was in a wheelchair and walker. Your Agency is very fortunate to have someone of your caliber representing them and their insurance providers Anyway, THANK YOU CHARLOTTE - you will be my advisor forever! Stay Blessed!

This review is for the Agency at Tampa. Terrible experience. I talked to an agent in Spanish ( so there was not misunderstanding due to my English) trying to health, dental and vision insurance, I clearly told him I don't want nothing to do with Obama Care, I told him many times... when I started getting email asking me for my children information, I ask him why if the health insurance was only for me.... once again I told him I do not want nothing to do with Obama Care and he assured me that It was not Obama Care... I even asked him is not the Market Place Obama Care and he said that all the insurance are in Market Place...So to make the long story short...silly me ...I was ripped off the they I got a letter from Florida Blue telling me that I have qualify for premium tax credit the was the day after open enrollment. I went ahead and cancel the insurance and now I am without insurance, I have been charge by Ameritas Dental and vision insurance, by USA Able (this company refunded my money) but Ameritas denied the refund and I have to fight back because my bank has disputed the money the first time Ameritas charged my account because I did not recognize the name which is Life Insurance Co and the price was $58 dollar a month just for dental and vision the Agent did not say that to me... He offered me a PPO for $181 a month without government assistance and he got me HMO with government assistance but unfortunately I realized that one day after the enrollment period...I could not believe my eye when I got that letter from Florida Blue. I told this people to listen to the recording of all the calls I made, so they could hear me saying I do no want anything from Obama Care and the guy telling "No no.. this is not Obama Care... I don't. have health insurance thanks to this Agency... Now I am hoping that they sent a letter to Ameritas explaining them what happen so Ameritas can refund my money that is what Ameritas told me today.....After hundreds of calls, today A and B said they solved the my situation, the Agent contacted Ameritas and he told me I will get a refund. This is my advice for whoever is looking for Health Insurance ask for all the information to be written before you sign the contract that will save you from headaches in the future. And if I don't get the money back as it happens with Florida Blue that they just refunded part of the money I won experience for trusting without asking without asking for written information, I should have known better. Thanks everyone. Ps. Excuse my English.

Absolute worst! Do not deal with them! They are rude, unprofessional and insanely ignorant! They have zero customer service skills and should be closed down!
Do not use James Fisher as your health insurance agent. Or this agency even... honesty....
It was extremely hard to communicate with him as he didn t get most of my questions at times.
I specifically told him I wanted to cancel as I no longer needed health insurance. He didn t tell me how or what to do.. I assumed he would handle the upcoming year for me as he was my health insurance against.
My policy auto renewed for the new year.
He didn t even inform me that my policy auto-renews. What s the point of using an agent if they don t look out for you...?
The photo shows his answer why he didn t cancel it for me... even though he was the one that updated my policy last year... if I did it myself why would I need an insurance agent.
