Very wonderful place for support. I only had 1 appointment but they are non judgmental and supportive in your care. They care about your needs and listen to your voice.

Almost was going to move in the community residence on Clinton street till I find out they charge over a thousand a month and there was no ac unit in the staff told me it was breaker tripping due to overloaded circuits and wiring issues. I asked when it would be fixed they told me they didn't know. Everyone kept pressuring me to move in.Then my care manager called and staff finally fessed up to my care manager up and said fixing the issues was low on their proirity list and will not be done till next year. If gonna spend good money like that and they are unwilling to fix stuff what else are they hiding. Seems like they taking advantage of mentally ill people wanting to spend their assets and put thon ssi.Plus all the rules and required that go with it. I didn't see one thing for me to gain. Plus rent is due on the first they tried to have me move in asap yeah duh because its July 27 they couldn't wait to get their hands on my money. Read the fine print and get informed before you move in. They want you to be dependent on them and try to convince you can't survive without them. No privacy limited space Maybe some people can't but it's not for me. I wasn't expecting the Ritz hotel but honestly if they are unwilling to fix things then all they care about is money and they are going to make sure you don't get any money to yourself. I may be mentally unstable but I'm not stupid. I knew a few people that lived there and warned me. They hated it so much they left. Maybe I do need help with life skills and managing meds and a little supervision and structure but I don't need someone controlling what little money I fought to get. If I'm gonna have that I'll go to jail or a institution for free.

Transitional living services is a great place to go for many needs. From mental health services to diffrent types of housing needs. Unsure of everything they offer there. Receptionist are friendly and helpful. Sometimes hard to get ahold of worker.

Everyone is very supportive and welcoming. The councilors are awesome.

The staff and programs are a huge help in the lives of many in this community!

Terrible. Wouldn't help me. Had to walk out after having all my personal info shredded. Clinician seemed a bit off.
