I had an incredible welcoming experience..the ushers where exceptionally helpful, and nice. The play was well done and fun..it's my favorite this time of year..I hope other go see ' A Christmas Carol' to start their holiday season. I like too that there's a snack stand and nice lounge.

I have never been disappointed when I attended any production. They have a way of taking a time honored classic and re-creating it into a modern day revelation of what the author had tried to create. Passionate and explosive are the only words I can use to describe the energy of the performers. The visual effects are stunning and more than that, everything always comes together so seamlessly that you become a part of the experience rather than an observer. It's a MUST SEE attraction.

Have seen many plays here and each one was excellent. The theatre itself is well designed and every seat a good one. Very professionally produced plays with outstanding actors! Tickets are reasonably priced. Highly recommend this theatre.

Through producing classics, A Noise Within continues to be one of the most relevant theatres in LA-- culturally aware, intelligent, relevant productions, with incredible acting and stage craft.

Very best Classical Theatre in the nation! Plus wonderful education program for both children & adults. Come see Henry V and Raisin in the Sun - both are L.A. Times Critic Picks.

Full disclosure alert: I've been volunteering with this terrific troupe since the early days, at the old Masonic building in Glendale. Jeff and Julia and ANW are celebrating 25 years of providing the highest quality theatrical nourishment to a hungry community. A theatre that celebrates the classics with fresh, innovative staging and culturally diverse, high energy casts. Try and pick a performance with the educational Q&A after. This newer location is a beautifully repurposed 1958 Edward Durell Stone factory, in now-bustling East Pasadena. The state-of-the-art theatre, almost in the round, doesn't have a bad seat, with great sight lines and crisp sound. Kudos to Pasadena for making all cultural arts almost a city utility, like light and water. A shout-out to the great house manager Melody Moore, and actress, Jill Hill, who introduced me to the ANW magic. Lots of FREE parking in the Gold Line transit structure, behind ANW.

Great place kinda hard to find. On back side of building there is free parking look for sign... If sign says no theater parking go around corner! Park, Walk down stairs your right there! Nice new clean place and staff are very helpful and courteous. Seats are right there next to stage.

The theater is beautiful and offers a variety of plays and other cultural and educational experiences. There are summer programs for kids and opportunities to volunteer. I purchased a season pass several years ago and have been volunteering every since. I have never been disappointed. The shows and the actors are all of the highest quality. I plan to keep attending the performances for many years to come.

Great performers, great stage. Looks like basically all of the seating is good. It's a thrust stage, so don't be afraid of getting seats on the sides. Food is decent in intermissions. Stay for the qa if you can
