Quality of the work was poor and we had to make them come back twice to get it done right. They did, eventually, get it done right. Responsiveness is very poor. Have been trying to get my Wind Mitigation Certificate for a couple months and salesperson won't return calls or respond to texts. They also owe me a refund which is probably why they aren't responding. As a realtor, I could give them many recommendations, but I wouldn't!

I worked with Bruce who came to my house, did a thorough walk around, and presented a quote within one day of his visit. He was so professional and informative. The company was at my house within 3 weeks of signing the contract. The team performing the work was equally professional. They cleaned up the yard before they left and it looks great!

After a tree fell on my house, my neighbor was confident the team at A Crown Roofing would be able to take care of me. Having never dealt with something like this before, I was not looking forward to navigating the ins and outs of dealing with the roofing company, insurance adjusters, and inspectors.

I was put in touch with Steven at A Crown who came over and reviewed the damage to let me know what my possibilities might be going forward. From the moment Steven introduced himself, he immediately made it his mission to make this experience as seamless as possible. He explained everything that would happen at each step of the process and provided me plenty of reading material so I would be completely informed.

Steven wasn t able to make it out when the insurance company sent the adjuster to review the damage, but he made sure his colleague was here who was also very easy to work with. He worked directly with the adjuster and really made things less stressful for me since he understood the scope of damage and terminology.

After working with A Crown Roofing, the insurance company determined that due to the extent of the damage and age of the roof, it would need to be replaced. Steven actually came back out to take some additional pictures under the tarp for the insurance company. I was so thankful he was able to immediately work this into his schedule so I could get my claim processed ASAP.

The longest part of this process was getting the check from my insurance company. Once I did receive it, A Crown moved at light speed. They called the bank that my home is financed through and set an appointment for me to get the check endorsed. After everything was signed, they picked up the check and I had a new roof.

The only thing they could have done better is provided a heads up on when the roofing supplies were going to be dropped off. The very next morning after the supplies were dropped off, the dumpster showed up and the roofing crew right behind them. I was so impressed with how fast everything happened, but a heads up would have made things a bit easier. We went with Weathered Wood for the shingle color and the crew was almost completely done installing it within the first day. They only spent half of the next day completing the work and cleaning.

The sales manager Joe was in direct contact with me during and after the process working with my insurance company to make sure any issues they have are handled. Not only did he handle any interactions with the insurance company on my behalf, he got a wind mitigation report completed on the new roof and actually reduced my rate! This was definitely the icing on the cake for the experience. I m beyond happy my neighbor recommended A Crown Roofing because the amount of stress it eliminated from this process doesn t have a price tag.

Bruce showed up on time, explained what we needed and was able to answer our questions. Gave as a fair price and even offered easy finance options. The crew worked hard, covered our bushes and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Will recommend and have them look at our windows next!

Jake keeps putting flyers on my door, there is no SOLICITING in our community, there are signs on my door, why would I hire a company if their employees can't read!!, if you have to go door to door to find work, you must not be that good! Stop putting flyers on my door, you just did it again today 7/31

An A+ experience with this company. Dealing with my insurance company was the biggest nightmare ever, but Joe was there every step of the way and made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end. I cannot recommend this company enough!

They were supposed to seal the roof/chimney of the home I just purchased that had water intrusion. They charged a thousand bucks for a 2x4 and a 2 ft piece of vinyl siding. They didn't mention the hole you could stick your hand through in the chimney all the way around or any of the rotted out roof and chimney. When I called them after purchasing the house it took 4 days for them to call me back after calling everyday. Shame on me for not getting in the attic during post inspection walk through. After getting in the attic I saw they did essentially nothing. I called another roofer and within 5 minutes told me the chimney was rotted from the roof to the floor and how any one could miss it was beyond them. Both sides of the chimney had a gap you could see from ground level about 2 in height, with no flashing or anything to route the water away.

We had a new roof installed by A Crown Roofing about 2 years ago. We thought this past weekend that we had a leak, so we called and a roofing specialist was dispatched out today. He could not find any evidence of a leak, but DID go the extra mile and crawled through a HOT attic and for extra precaution, sealed the inside of an exhaust vent. We love our roof and really appreciate A Crown Roofing for sending someone out so fast to investigate what we thought was a leaky roof.!

Left soliciation on door even though I had no solication sticker. Removed a previous roofing companies solication that came just a hour before them. Yeah thats trustworthy.

Our roof was being repaired through the company we rent our house through, they assigned A Crown Roofing to our house. I had an issue and A Crown Roofing Managing Partner Buddy Rohn went out of his way to fix our problem and apologized. He was beyond courteous and my husband and I really appreciate his efforts and the work that his company has done!

Joe was Great, set my appointment , They were on time, walked the house with me and showed me what was needed. Price was competitive, work done as promised. Very happy when Buddy the Owner came out to check on roof and Cleanup after the install. Thank You!

Horrible follow up to a leak caused by their workers. Buddie the owner was very rude to me when I informed him that my roof was leaking. We never received a call back. My roof is still leaking and now I have to pay someone else to come fix what his workers broke. Do not use this company!!! They do not stand behind there work. It has been a huge regret for me and my family.

A Crown Roofing was recommended by our insurance agency. The quality of the work, communication, and customer care have not been a very pleasant experience to say the least.
