Worked with Wes McDonald at A1 with a very specific and quick deadline to meet so I wouldn't have to pay a whole month's of extra taxes. So, he was able to start the process on August 17th and have it completed by August 31st. The whole process was extremely professional with great communication, and ended up saving me over $1000 on taxes. Will use Wes and A1 for all future purchases, especially since this was my first home purchase and wasn't sure what to expect. Made it much less stressful than people made it out to be.
