The People at A-1 cleaning really out did themselves at my parents' house. Highly recommend this business to aynone looking for cleaning services!

Hannah and another woman arrived ready to work and did an excellent job!! The house was empty because we're selling it and they made it look wonderful. Detailed cleaning of refrigerator and oven were great. They paid special attention to the window runners, like I asked. Personable, honest, capable, and professional. I'll definitely hire them again!

The rain gutter were in need if some serious help. They came in and cleaned them and even took out a wasps nest that I didn t know was there. Great job and very professional.

There was a three room deal promo when I called. So instead of having just one room cleaned, I was able to have three rooms cleaned for a good price. I didn t have to wait a long time for an appointment. The carpet cleaner was friendly, professional and quick.

I would give them ZERO stars but I had to choose a minimum of one. This company is HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I purchased a home for my client and hired A1 cleaning to do a move in clean. I live 4 hours away, in Santa Rosa. I gave A1 Cleaning a key and my credit card info. They emailed me the morning of the clean and told me they couldn't clean the house because they didn't have payment info. I replied. Then I called them and reminded them that they took my credit card info. She said she would call me back. The someone else called me back and said that they had put the key through the mail slot and that they would be unable to clean the house. I was furious as now there is no key and I am 4 hours away! I called back and asked to speak to the owner. She said he wasn't in. I asked for his name and she said she can't give it to me. I pushed until she finally told me his first name. I asked for his full name and she said she couldn't give it to me. I asked when he would be in and she said she was not allowed to give out that information! Really? Not allowed to give the first and last name of the owner and when he would be in? Good grief! TERRIBLE customer service and below average intelligence of office staff!!!!!

I went for the Vacancy cleaning package as well as the carpet cleaning and was satisfied with the results. The inside of the appliances like oven, fridge, microwave and shelves in the kitchen were spotless! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the kitchen counter may have been missed...crumbs and other small hard to see debris was littered on the counter, so I am glad we spotted that before leaving the house for the new tenants. It just made me worry that other spots could have been missed, but I didn't see anything else alarming.
I would recommend! Great customer service as well and timely cleaners.

GREAT job! The guys were very friendly and professional and left my carpet in better condition than I thought was possible. My carpet was in pretty bad shape and they left it looking good as new and it smells great! like citrus not at all the chemical smell that I've had with other carpet cleaners. I had some pretty tough stains that I didn't think would ever come out but they worked some kind of magic and I can hardly notice them. Would definitely recommend their service to a friend OR a stranger. I'd give them six stars if I could. Thanks for a sparkling clean carpet, A-1!!

I've used this company in the past and felt it was awesome. This time I was okay the services provided by the company. The cleaners left items (walls, light fixtures, and inside of the stove) with dirt on them still. I provided them with the paperwork from my property management and felt like they didn't really look at it. They were there for three hours. My property manager went through the house finding these mistakes while walking through. Sadly, windows aren't included if you do the vacate cleaning service. I paid $350 for a one bedroom and on bathroom apartment, so I didn't understand why windows weren't included. Prices seemed high for the cleaning. Check with them before booking and check else where if you have the time as it can save you money going elsewhere. Unfortunately, I was in a pinch and wanted out if the old place as quickly as possible so I paid the amount. The carpet gentleman were nice and talkative, they were able to come early and get the job done quickly. Unfortunately, it looks like they didn't carpet rake when I got there to look at the property. It is fine as the property management didn't comment on it.

Overall, I am thinking twice at using them for the next move we do. I will probably look at prices and get quotes elsewhere before settling with A1. The three stars are for past experience and some of the new experiences. There is no hard feelings, I want to tell my experience as it is.

Trinity came to clean my home today. Very personable, eager to work, friendly. Did such a nice job of cleaning my home. I am very appreciative & happy with thw work that was done.

The cleaner was friendly and courteous and did a decent job. The issue is that once the carpets dried a day or two later, we noticed some of the stains were not removed. We couldn't tell when it was wet, since the color was darker and uniform. Our landlord barely accepted it as clean before our move out.

These guys rock!!! I ve never hired a cleaning company before but had a very big job that I could not do for health reasons. I called another local company who said they were booking out for several months. They recommended A-1 so I called. A-1 worked their schedule to fit me in and then had a last minute cancellation and were able to come even sooner. That worked out perfectly for me! They just finished and I am so pleased with the job and so very relieved that it s all done and at an even lower cost than they d predicted! They completely rock! Thanks A-1!!

A-1 Cleaning Service was timely. The professional cleaner was really friendly and also informative. I was curious about the kind of vacuum cleaner professional cleaners use and he took the time to tell me what to look for in purchasing a vacuum cleaner and how to maintain the machine. Quality cleaning, professionalism, timeliness are important to me. I'm not sure about the environmental impact of using carpet cleaners but as far as service goes these guys are # 1!

Just had my light colored carpets cleaned in my entire home. It had been over 10 years since they had had a serious cleaning done and with 2 dogs and multiple cats over those years, this was a big job. My three bedroom house looks like it now has nearly new carpet. Isaiah Hardwick did a wondeful job, was polite and professional. I would recommend A-1 to anyone needing to ge their carpets cleaned before moving out or just to freshen up your home. Plus for the job that was done, it was not as expensive as one might think. Give them a call!

Update: found a strip that had been left on my carpet . Called this morning. They sent someone out this evening. Fix the the strip and then some. Christopher was very nice and very professional. He took the time to explain things and such and even threw in some extra for my trouble (had a couple pet spots that were coming back through which i knew they would). Most definetly have my recommendation to use this company. From the front office staff to the staff they set to clean the carpets, everyone was simply wonderful! Thank you so very much.

I was very happy with the job they did. Due to time constraints on the both of our ends, they got a lot done and I am definitely going to book them once a month. I didn t have to ask them to do certain things because it is a part of their job and that was very satisfying to know I did not have to worry.

First, I made the appointment on-line and was quoted a reasonable price and when they showed up to do the work, it was $100+ dollars more... then they ask for the payment and tip ahead of time, so I gave them a very nice tip.
Then the job was to clean a 7 piece sectional couch and 2 rugs (I was charged over $250.00).

They pushed the couch on my wood floors scratching them so bad that it was sickening. I sent them an email and pictures and they sent someone out the next Monday to buff it out- it took him 3 hours and I can still see the scratches... and they NEVER followed up to see if I was satisfied or not.
I just booked Daisy Fresh for my stairs and living room.

We have had our carpets cleaned twice by A-1 and have had a wonderful and positive experience each time. The time and attention that was put into protecting our furniture, staircase banisters, etc was greatly appreciated. Our white carpet that looked beyond repair with stains and traffic wear, looked like new after getting cleaned. The service technicians were very professional, prompt and focused on their work. Update: on closer inspection, I m disappointed in the thoroughnes of the cleaning. I had to remove the lower cabinet doors, and found the bottoms of the doors weren t cleaned at all. Areas of the countertops backsplash were left with a sticky residue. The dishwasher front doesn t look like it was touched at all. So, though there was obvious work done, I ve had to do more to get it as clean as I expected.

The first time the crew came out they used various protective devices outside and inside my home so nothing was damaged. We were impressed.This time none of these devices were used and the result was paint scraped off of the walls and corners. Guess we will be doing lots of paint touch up. Our carpets are clean.
