I've placed several orders with Colortest and have been very happy with the service they have offered! I had a question about the fit of a certain shirt, and they quickly sent me the size chart so I could determine which size to buy.
I had an unfavorable experience with this company. I ordered a shirt from a band after their show on 5/5. The money was debited the next day. I had to use 2 day shipping (it was the only option.) Ok fine . I paid the $13 to ship the shirt. Due to covid19, I wasn't expecting it to be delivered in 2 days. I figured a week was acceptable. Over 6 days later & still no shirt and NO CONTACT EMAIL from anyone. The bands website had no contact email. I found the band on fb. After I messaged them I FINALLY got a response back from the manufacturer of the Shirt. It only took them 10 days after I ordered the shirt to acknowledge they had recieved my order and actually shipped it. I finally recieved it almost 2 weeks after I placed the order. I expressed my disappointment in a respectful manner to the company.
The manager was dismissive of my concerns and made no attempt to "make it right".
If you order from this company DO NOT expect a high level of customer service.
You will probably get your item, but throw any idea of timely delivery and communication out the window.

a little communication goes along way too. A very very long way. Judging by the amount of poor responses you have generated...even BEFORE THE CORONA VIRUS... It seems you have not been able to grasp this concept.
I would suggest taking some online courses in business management and customer service.

Ordered some merch for my family expecting a lengthy wait but I received my items in a little over a week. Shipping time and merch was better then expected and I m beyond happy.

They dont properly advertise sold a shirt claimed to be a youth small its a toddler shirt. Size 4 a youth small is a standard 6-8 size not a toddler 4. I have the conversation recorded. I did not yell once in the call just asked to speak to the manager. The manager said she was the highest level in charge and that the owner is her husband. Reported to better business bureau. As well as reddit.
Poor customer service. Correction my husband didnt raise his voice he tried informing your manager that what is being done is illegal in our state and she laughed while on the phone. If you sell a shirt that is for a toddler it shouldnt be advertised as youth small its false advertising. Google search what a youth small size is and youll get size 6-8 not a 4t. Also stated that her husband wouldnt talk to my husband anyways and laughed about it. So yes poor customer service.
I messed up my order details and emailed the company through the provided email when I received notification that my order was placed. Shianne quickly replied to my email and resolved the issue. I appreciated the quick response!
I expected my package to be delivered a few days late due to COVID changes, but it came right on time and and was nicely boxed and bubble wrapped. 10/10 will be ordering from here again!

I own more than 10 shirts, socks, and other merch from this company. Everything is high quality and lasts, even for me, as I am hard on clothes. The shirts are super soft, the socks fit my big calves and the bags carry all of my stuff from the farmer's market. The designs are fantastic! I don't love in your face, giant graphics that declare my allegiance to a band. However, I love to wear Colortest's designs that give tribute to the band/artist. It is amazing how they capture the spirit of the band/artist which I noticed because I found that if I like the band, I like the merch! I'm often complimented on the shirts and have 1 friendship to this day that started with him noticing my shirt. Love them!
I ve pre-ordered a couple different items from this merch company and received them both right on time! This is super impressive given the COVID delays.
I spoke with James in customer service about the ship date of my order, as I did not understand the pre-order process. James was very kind and patient as he explained my order would be shipped as it should on the release date! Great company and customer service!
