First, I made the appointment on-line and was quoted a reasonable price and when they showed up to do the work, it was $100+ dollars more... then they ask for the payment and tip ahead of time, so I gave them a very nice tip.
Then the job was to clean a 7 piece sectional couch and 2 rugs (I was charged over $250.00).

They pushed the couch on my wood floors scratching them so bad that it was sickening. I sent them an email and pictures and they sent someone out the next Monday to buff it out- it took him 3 hours and I can still see the scratches... and they NEVER followed up to see if I was satisfied or not.
I just booked Daisy Fresh for my stairs and living room.
