Karan was excellent. Andy was amazing both provided great service. I have been with them for a year now and I realize that they charged a membership fee without notification. Services that was promised was not delivered at the end of our first year. They promised a new phone some movie tickets and Tim Hortons gift cards never got any of it. Had to go to their office plenty of time for the IPTV malfunctions. I would start recommending friends and family not to sign-up for the services with 8Com

They have the worst costomer service. They don t have many costomer service agents. Whenever I call same male picks up the phone. His english is limited. He doesn t understand sometimes what the costomer wants to express. He tried to mess me badly.
They have very weired way of porting the number. I called in to inquire about my data finishing too soon because i had two apps to keep track of my data set to same renewal date. As i had the problem a month before(of overshooting the data). His answer was not satisfying so asked him for account number so that i could port my number. He gave me a number which according to him would only be valid between next 48 to 96 hours. And if I would not port my number within that time then I had to call back again and get the number again from them which would again be valid for 48-96 hours. I confirmed from him that if I don t port my number would anything happen to my account like cancellations or deactivating. He said nothing would happen.
I looked for some plans in the mean time and could not find good ones. So i did not port my number. And they deactivated my account. They wanted to charge me again for a new account when i called them regarding this. And this same guy would ask me if there is a way I could prove about last discussion. He was asking for recording about last discussion. He doesn t even know that i can not record It legally. I asked him to transfer me to his seniors. He would not do that. He would not check the recoding he had about our discussion. When i told him i would make a complain to CCTS. He refused to sell me the service for a new account. I had only 6 hours left to port my number. He messed up my number that i had for 8 years just to give a hard time.
I would say really really arogant person. When u make a complain he would not listen and starts talking and keeps talking before allowing u to finish

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! These People Lie and take extra payments from your credit card without informing you.
They're customer service team is rude and harass you over the phone.
I called to cancel my services with a 60 day notice.
They agreed to cancel the service in 60 days, However they continued to pull payments from my credit card even after I had cancelled the service.

I called and spoke to Sunil and Deep in their customer service department, both agreed that the payments pulled was an error on their part, however refused to refund the funds as it was against their policy.

These people are extremely unethical; How can you charge someone for a service that was never provided ?

I am disputing these charges in court and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from these CON people.
There name is not 8Com it should be 8Con.

1 one word to describe this soo called company is garbage. Take your money else where. they close at 6pm. they cut your data short and say u went over the limit. They cut off ur phone for no reason and you gotta wait till next day to find out why. Not worth the headache. and the customer service is a 3rd world service. Just terrible.

Had billing issues from day one, and had to call every month to be told it would be fine next bill. Customer service was awful and actually hung up on me on multiple occasions. Be warned

Worst customer service I have ever received. They treat you like a mushroom... keep you in the dark and feed you s**t. They have on numerous occasions changed their service without notification, two examples they discontinued MMS services ( I could not text and send pictures) although they did reinstate it after some weeks, they also charged $10 to be put on a list for unlimited data and only after 6 months of stringing me along revoked the offer. To many other gimmicks to list, save time and aggravation, pay a little more for peace of mind and go with someone else.

They have great service in less prices. I am happy with the service

i have 3 phone connections with 8com (was Telus). recently with the sim change request from 8com, i changed my sim for my 3 phones. first they gave me bell sim card worked for a day, then that does not work any more, I went back to them then they put me back to Telus again. now I have no incoming calls, I can"t text anymore ,(all my 3 phones same) I was there to talk to them and the answer I got from them is not very promising, they are not sure about anything, if I am paying for the services you have the responsibility to fix my problem, the service I received is definitely disappointing. as a seller or reseller you have betrayed the customer. I will not recommend anyone to this company. customer service is very poor get through them hit and miss.

Would not recommend to anyone looking for a service provider. Took over 25 minutes to get through to a person I could speak to after it said it would be a 4 minute wait. Called from a different device and the line kept getting hung up. Finally spoke to a sales person and they were very rude and unhelpful.

SCAM. This is my 1st review ever, that should tell you how bad this is. They promise prices yet change them whenever. I had to fight for months and go through CCTS to get my money back. If these guys try to screw you too, please go to CCTS and file formal review. I am surprised to see they are still in business. Also remember, they have changed their company's name several times to hide their scamming past. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Worst data and cell phone services i have ever received. I would not recommend this place to anyone as their customer services are horrid, they add services which I never authorized to be added and when i wished to leave their contracts they charged me with money and bills which I have never heard of and they had never mentioned up to $400 time and time again! Their cheap prices are due to the fact that they steal data and phone services from larger companies such as Rogers, Bell and Telus under "Zoiper". Their phones are never in new boxes instead they are covered in scratches and have evidently been used and traded in by customers.

Scammers! I cancelled my account with these guys in January and I have still been getting charged monthly. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews, they put you on the spot and practically beg you to give those while in person.

I had ongoing issues with this company specially from last two months, i tried to talk with customer care but didn't get much help so i went to their site to write my bad experience , i read all others people reviews where owner wrote please come to office to discuss issues so i did same before writing my experience i asked customer care to book my appointment with Manager. Worst Service ever, first of all their website not working where you can create your account, second no one pick up the phone, and they check your credit history without telling you like you are buying a car or house, moreover, they will charge you 2 months advance bill, plus too much activation, and sim charges period

You can't check how much data you used, and if you cross the limit then they will charge you $5.00 per 100MB, They don't have app for iphone, and there is no point of app as you can't check the usage of data

And phone number never worked it automatically transfers calls to carrier and they need pin number which is sets by 8com so carriers cannot solve the problem. Not recommended

Got a new connection. Was having some trouble with activation of the sim, but Mr. Randeep was a great help. Kudos to him. Everything resolved perfectly.

Scam company, their reviews are all fake. Scroll down and click any of the profiles, they have 1 review and rate 5 star with no comment - this is literally what bots do. Would not recommend to anyone, they changed their company name like 5 times to avoid lawsuits or legal action. If your reading this be warned, they will scam you for hundreds of dollars.
