Service is very poor in the US. Keeps disconnecting calls. Better buy Rogers Unlimited US and Canada plan for-same price with much better service. Their customer service is located in India which also sucks.

I highly recommend that know one deals with this company, bad service, when they make a mistake they will never give you a credit, they always beat around the bush. Today is Tuesday August 15th 201, it's 2:29pm and I can't contact anyone, I've been trying to for about two hours, this buys the lines off of major companys they don't own anything, when you have a problem they don't even know what's going on, in order to find out what the problem is they would have to contact one of the major companys that they have the service with
