i have 3 phone connections with 8com (was Telus). ...
i have 3 phone connections with 8com (was Telus). recently with the sim change request from 8com, i changed my sim for my 3 phones. first they gave me bell sim card worked for a day, then that does not work any more, I went back to them then they put me back to Telus again. now I have no incoming calls, I can"t text anymore ,(all my 3 phones same) I was there to talk to them and the answer I got from them is not very promising, they are not sure about anything, if I am paying for the services you have the responsibility to fix my problem, the service I received is definitely disappointing. as a seller or reseller you have betrayed the customer. I will not recommend anyone to this company. customer service is very poor get through them hit and miss.
