They have the worst costomer service. They don t have many costomer service agents. Whenever I call same male picks up the phone. His english is limited. He doesn t understand sometimes what the costomer wants to express. He tried to mess me badly.
They have very weired way of porting the number. I called in to inquire about my data finishing too soon because i had two apps to keep track of my data set to same renewal date. As i had the problem a month before(of overshooting the data). His answer was not satisfying so asked him for account number so that i could port my number. He gave me a number which according to him would only be valid between next 48 to 96 hours. And if I would not port my number within that time then I had to call back again and get the number again from them which would again be valid for 48-96 hours. I confirmed from him that if I don t port my number would anything happen to my account like cancellations or deactivating. He said nothing would happen.
I looked for some plans in the mean time and could not find good ones. So i did not port my number. And they deactivated my account. They wanted to charge me again for a new account when i called them regarding this. And this same guy would ask me if there is a way I could prove about last discussion. He was asking for recording about last discussion. He doesn t even know that i can not record It legally. I asked him to transfer me to his seniors. He would not do that. He would not check the recoding he had about our discussion. When i told him i would make a complain to CCTS. He refused to sell me the service for a new account. I had only 6 hours left to port my number. He messed up my number that i had for 8 years just to give a hard time.
I would say really really arogant person. When u make a complain he would not listen and starts talking and keeps talking before allowing u to finish
