I decided to buy my wedding ring with 77 diamonds, a beautiful 1.5 diamond eternity band, and I've had issue after issue after issue with it. This is the third time I have been without my ring, due to another lost stone, and each occasion has been around 6 weeks without it. As a newly married female, its disheartening that I have been without my ring more than with it. Each time 77 have barely apologised, blamed me for the issue, and taken forever to rectify the problem. My engagement ring (also featuring an eternity diamond band is from William & Son and has never lost a stone in 2 years). The quality here is shocking. I would strongly avoid buying a wedding band here, despite the aftercare service (lifetime guarantee, which I have myself in insurance), I would opt to buy elsewhere.

Bought my engagement ring here. I originally went to Hatton Gardens looking for a ring as most Londoners would do but it felt like a market place where I couldn't look at a ring without being pressured into buying something. Eventually I found these guys online, selected the type of ring I liked and made an appointment for their showroom. I turned up and was invited to look at many styles and examine my favourites. The details about the diamonds were explained to me in full. At no point was I being pressured into a sale and was told that I could be in touch at any point if I had more questions. I went back and bought one of the rings. My girlfriend (now fiance) and all her friends love it. Couldn't be happier

When you choose a bespoke ring, you don t really know exactly what to expect or who to trust because you have to design and create everything from scratch. I am delighted to say that 77 diamonds has provided an outstanding service which I could feel since the begining of the experience where I was given precise advice and excellent quality of service. After a lot of research on the internet I was a bit apprehensive of actually buying a diamond ring over the internet as I wanted to see what I was buying. I was pleased to have the opportunity of visiting the showroom of 77 Diamonds whilst having a weekend away in London. The whole experience was first class. I would certainly go back to them if I was in the market for more diamond jewellery and wouldn't hesitate recommending them. They were certainly value for money and David who looked after us was very knowledgeable. I was looking for a heart shaped diamond and was unable to find the unusual cuts on the high st. 77 Diamonds certainly delivered what I wanted.

I was looking for a jewellery store where I could choose the diamond and the ring setting for an engagement ring seperately. Thank god I found 77diamonds. I ordered everything online, I was updated regularly and I received exactly the ring I wanted. Even resizing was no problem (took only 2 weeks, including sending back and forth - I live in Austria). Every employee I was in touch with, was extraordinarily friendly. I have to say I probably wouldn't have found a ring of equal quality in any nearby jewellery store. Let alone for the price I paid. Price/value is ridiculously good! I highly recommend 77diamonds!!!

I tried to purchase a 3 ct heart shape diamond with 16 platinum necklace and set the diamond in Medici pedant. I have contacted the sales manager Michaela but got no reply after first email. Then I contact them three more time all with different staffs (I saved all the chatting record), but their response were very slow. In the beginning, the loose diamond I found through their website search function was told not available anymore. Then another one I found also not available. Finally I found the third one, which was available but accidentally I also found identical diamond on another website (with same GIA certification number). So I asked them to apply their price guarantee (which they proudly listed as their 7 guarantee s first one). The sales lady said she cannot decide it but will ask manager and promised will get back to me, but after two days there was still no feedback at all. I feel they don t want to do the price guarantee so they are ignoring me.

I am not sure why their review score is so high. But to me, the shopping experience was one of the worst. Their response were slowest in all the diamond vendors/sellers I contacted. And the search result of their loose diamond is not accurate at all. Finally, even they guarantee they will do price match, but I don t think they are doing it. It is just list there so customer believe 77diamond is cheapest. But be aware, it is not true, you can find even cheaper one somewhere.

I have gave up to buy from them (which is they wanted to make me buy ignoring me).

I wanted the perfect gift for my mother's 50th and looked around for what seemed like a long time. A few visits to high street stores left me feeling underwhelmed and to be quite honest, undervalued. When I came across 77 Diamonds I knew instantly that I had found the right place. The website is great - beautifully laid out with a great search tool - and really helped me narrow down my choices. Having said that, nothing can substitute a visit to a showroom and seeing jewellery up close. This is where 77 Diamonds really outshone the rest of the pack for me. Making an appointment was easy and when I arrived I was treated like somebody who was about to make an important purchase. They understood how much this would mean to my mum and it didn't matter that the earrings were not going to be the most expensive thing that they were going to sell that day. The service was top quality from start to end and I left with a beautifully wrapped present that was the real deal but importantly didn't cost me the earth! I certainly got so much more than any high street chain could ever offer me. Needless to say my mother was ecstatic and now proudly wears her earrings at every big family event. I went to the 77 diamonds showroom in London with an idea in mind but not too much knowledge on what exactly I should get for a ring. Every member of staff I spoke to were really friendly. Their prices are clear and they are very knowledgable and willing to help. Myself and my partner have had 2 rings from 77 diamonds, they re both beautiful and I will not hesitate to return in the future for more jewellery.

I would like to thank Caroline at 77 Diamonds for her help, i was extremely nervous about buying such a item over the internet and there was a lot companies saying how much you could save by buying from them. 77 Diamonds being one of them, after searching the site and having a budget in mind and thinking i knew what i was doing!!!!, i picked up the phone to caroline who was very informative and gave me some real insights into diamonds, i chose a 1.2 carat diamond, although i was invited to the store to view the ring, i just ordered it and would take advantage of the money back guarantee, the ring came two weeks after ordering and it was absolutley beautiful!!

I initially ordered an engagement ring with a pear shaped diamond, but at the very last minute before dispatch, changed my mind to a marquise. All the staff I dealt with were fantastically helpful in dealing with my requests. The ring is perfect and I am over the moon, I would not hesitate in using 77 Diamonds again!

My ring, what can I say it is stunning! I have had so many comments since our engagement in April. I used to dream of having an engagement ring that would light up the room, and I can honestly say 77 Diamonds delivered. Visited this their London showroom earlier this week to view and consider my choices for an Engagement Ring and was assisted by Raphaela, whom was very helpful, informative and most importantly patient and non-pushy. I felt very comfortable and already knowing they were competitive, my decision was easy from that point onwards.

We were really happy with the service we received from 77 Diamonds from the initial consultation in their showroom right through to receiving the finished items which came dot on time. We received some really good advice in the showroom without anyone pushing us into buying. We ordered an engagement ring and a wedding band plus a custom built wedding band and were delighted with the rings. They were also really competetive with prices compared to other outlets. We will be very happy to use 77 Diamonds again in the future.

The choice is astounding, the combinations available means the ring is perfect and more than likely one of a kind. Very well priced and to say they are hand crafted the turn around time is impressive. Would recommend to everyone.
