I bought an engagement ring and an eternity ring online from 77Diamonds. The quality of the products are second to none and their friendly staff are more than helpful. An amazing service! 5 stars all the way.

This rating/review is not a commentary on the quality of their products or customer service, but rather a somewhat dishonest business practice.

Their website states they offer a 20% discount code for all purchases. Based on this discount, I spent a couple of days researching their options and finally came to a decision to purchase one of their diamond pendants. Upon entering the discount code, I was given a 5% reduction against the marked price and when I enquired about this to a customer service rep, I was told that the discount code only applies to the setting and not the diamond itself.

This was not made clear on the website and as a result, I have two wasted days of looking through their product catalogue and sending multiple enquiries to different businesses about their diamond setting services. All in all a very poor experience and one I hope they resolve soon.

Greater attention needed! Size delivered was not size ordered.

I feel I had a negative experience with 77 Diamonds. Went into the showroom and received good service, went to order the ring 2 weeks later and the style had been discontinued (which could have been mentioned in the showroom) still they agreed to go ahead as we had seen and decided on that style.

The invoice was sent 3 times to an incorrect email address (even though it was the same address we were discussing the invoice on) when it came though on an alternative address I provided I highlighted the mistake and asked that they resend the invoice, this was not done (In hindsight if they had resent it as requested it might have allowed me to highlight they had made a size error).



Upon return to the UK we took the ring to be resized and got nothing more than a casual 'oops sorry'. Not impressed, the proposal formed part of a trip that was a long time in planning and all I needed was for them to produce what was ordered, a lack of understanding of the gravity of this occasion is disappointing and there is no incentive to continue business with them for the wedding rings.



We were told 5 working days for the resize, now day 6 and we are still waiting. A phone call revealed it will be another couple of days.

We got engagement and both wedding band from here! Hollie was great, emailed straight back, sent photos, everything to help. Great service, and ofcourse we love our rings. Thank you very much

As always with Seventy Seven, they do not disappoint. Sent a ring back to be cleaned and polished and my partner's eyes started to tear up when she seen the job they made of it. Absolutely outstanding and professional in every manner.

What a GREAT experience!

77 Diamonds came highly recommended and I was not dissapointed to say the least. I was looking to purchase an engagement ring and the process was most enjoyable.

From the moment I entered the show room I felt like I had found the right place. The showroom feels luxurious, clean but warm at the same time, it didn't feel like some of the other stores I had walked in prior to. The meeting was held in a private room which I apprecaited very much and I was given a few options to choose from based on my requirements. Throughout the pricess I had a ton of questions but all were always answered in detail & in a timely manner. At some point I I was even offered a cad drawing in case I wanted to go the bespoke route which I wasn't aware was an option, in the end it wasn't needed but I it did tempt me. I was even shown images of similar rings and what could be done, dealing with the staff was a pure pleasure.

And when the item arrived, I was extremely satisfied. The polishing was impecable, the diamond caught the light at every angle and the ring was noticeable from afar. It was exactly what I was hoping for and most importantly.
They say pictures say more than a thousand words but nothing beats the real thing and most importantly, my wife loves it!

I would recommend 77 Diamonds with ease. I do not often write reviews but in this case, I simply felt like I had to.

Sometime, when something is that good, it needs to be shared far and wide.

I genuinely can t fault any aspect of the service I received. From the initial inquiry to buying and then up to getting the ring re-sized, it s been first class.

I had no idea whatsoever regarding diamonds bar diamond size which in fairness, was drilled into me by my long suffering girlfriend. I had a very faint idea of what I wanted prior to visiting your website, but through various staff members, I was given some invaluable advice which completely changed my mind for the better! They were very patient and incredibly accommodating in my nonsensical and persistent questioning.

I m incredibly impressed by the value of the products on the page and with the variety available, I found the perfect ring. And even stretched my budget slightly with a platinum ring after seeing how much the equivalent ring costs on the high street. My future wife was lost for words on Christmas Day. Priceless.

I was looking for earrings for my mum's 60th birthday and 77 Diamonds could not have been more helpful. I used the 77 Diamonds Online system to peruse hundreds of diamonds, and dozens of bands in order to find the right engagement ring. I haven't visited the office itself, but I did receive a great-quality, beautifully crafted ring ordering online. The product was excellent, the value was way less costly than any competitor's offer I could find on the high street or the internet, and the customer service I received throughout the decision, ordering, payment and delivery was without fault. Here's my story: I started my search for a diamond engagement ring in all the usual high street stores (plus a few independents), all of which were trying to flog me inferior diamonds at over-inflated prices. Plus they would only offer me what they had available, making things difficult to create the ring I ideally was looking for. A friend recommended 77 Diamonds, so I thought I'd get in touch, and I'm glad I did. I was able to browse a selection of diamonds, was given expert advice and was guided through the process in a professional and helpful way. I wasn't pressured into buying the top spec, and was given great advice on where I needed to be on the scale of the 4Cs to get a diamond that suited my requirements. The order was placed, and the final result is unbelievable. The setting is immaculate, as is the diamond. To top it off, my partner and I saw an almost identical spec ring in a high street jeweller a week later at over 70% more in price. That made the purchase from 77 Diamonds even more satisfying.

PS: If you think this review sounds a bit fake, believe me, it's not. I'm a real customer, I paid real money, I bought a real diamond, and I'm leaving a review because 77 Diamonds (very politely) asked me to. My husband purchased my engagement and wedding ring from 77 diamonds and they were absolutely beautiful. We had our wedding during Covid-19 and I knew they were the place to go for his wedding band.
I was rushed for time due to Covid and he was quite particular about how he wanted his wedding band to look. I was in touch with a lovely Lady called Hollie Burch, she was amazing and thanks to her the wedding band arrived on time.

When I went to pick it up, I was delighted to see It was as is show on the pictures. It is a Beautiful classic engagement ring very bright with a stunning diamond that looks elegant in women.

I reviewed quite a few sites but the 77 Diamonds site was by far the easiest to navigate.

After ordering I was obviously hesitant in awaiting the diamond arrival as there was no picture on the website but when I received the stone it was exactly as described and perfect for what I was looking for.

77 Diamonds confirmed the delivery address prior to dispatch and there was no delay in receiving the diamond and it's certificate in a very nice box.

I would definitely use 77 Diamonds again.

We bought a rare dark green Diamond from the USA a while back and to make it into a ring, we immediately thought of 77 Diamonds, as a way to ensure the stone would be given justice. Although 77 Diamonds normally retails its own Diamonds, Kat Atarinova (their bespoke Designer) was at hand to advise and to help with this process. Needless to say, we are delighted with the end result and to sum it all, I'd say that not only we got exactly what we wanted, with an excellent service... the smile also came free with it. 77 Diamonds and the expert jewelers within made the experience of designing a unique ring, selecting the perfect stones and adding truly personal touches, completely joyous. I went to Anna with an idea and some sketches. She and the team turned those wishes into a reality and brought me along for the ride.
Their ethically sources gems were the tip of an experience iceberg which led to an everlasting output that my (to be) wife and I will share for the rest of our lives.
Anna worked with my ideas and added her own experiences in the creation of our ring, topping it out with a rubbing of my wife's favorite stone inside the ring, something that only she and I will share in the knowledge of.

77 Diamonds are by far the best online diamond specialist in the market. From the first meeting I had I was impressed by the level of experience and knowledge the team had. The person who helped me was a young lady by the name of Chantelle who was brilliant from start to finish and informed me of all the different types of characteristics a diamond has. The end product was better than I or my fiance could have imagined it to be, although at the time of proposing the ring was a size too big, 77 diamonds were able to help with resizing the ring for FREE and within a 10 day period. I will 100% be coming back for our wedding bands and will happily recommend anyone to get their ring from here.

I was kept updated throughout and was even told that the diamond I had originally chosen had been inspected and that they had better ones at a similar price, no fobbing people off with this company! I didn't know much about diamonds and I was so nervous of what to get and what style of engagement ring to choose.
I made an appointment to visit the staff at 77 Diamonds I explained the sort of thing I was after and the budget I had. I was blown away by how friendly the staff were and how much time they spent with me explaining everything about diamonds and about different styles of ring.

I bought a really beautiful engagement ring 5.25ct in total, with a large centre yellow diamond, it was about a third of the price of a high street jeweller and 10% of the price of tiffany ! highly recommend the prices and the bespoke design service.

Since my initial feedback, 77 Diamonds have been in touch with me to get a full understanding of what happened and conclude a review. They were very accommodating, and quick to assure me they were keen to make good on the experience. The staff were sympathetic and helpful in regaining our trust in the service, and judging by the volume of great reviews this place gets I'm convinced I did just have bad luck. We continued with 77 Diamonds and now have a really impressive bespoke ring.

Got the perfect ring in rose gold (hard to find in other places) at a great price, and more importantly got the girl!

All parties who I spoke to were incredible. They made everything so easy and so painless. Feeling very clueless at the beginning of the buying process, my hand was held throughout it all, and the final product is great!

Purchased the Tea in White Gold bracelet which had a small stone. The stone fell out after a few months, I returned it for a repair which took nearly 2 months.

Absolutely shocking service, emails were confusing and 77 staff kept thinking I returned a ring.

If they can t get a small bracelet right, I wouldn t want to know how they create and/or repair other items.
