Great communication leading up to our trip. Easy instructions via email and text. Home was nicely equipped with proper labels on drawers and cabinets, making navigating the kitchen very easy. Would definitely use 710 Beach Rentals again.

Our condo from 710 Vacation Rentals was very nice. Also, close to the ocean beach and all those lovely waves and bars and restaurants. Management itself was responsive, and provided clear instructions for access and our responsibilities, as well as things to do. I hadn't been to San Diego since 1993, and this was a side of the city I very much enjoyed. Thanks, 710!

Our experience at the Mission Beach condo was great. 710 Beach Rentals was attentive and answered any issues we had immediately. The condo was clean and the location was accessible to bike rentals, food, walking. Although it was a bit noisy as it is next to the park.

We recently rented with 710 Beach rentals for a family reunion and it was a great experience. The house was perfect for our needs, so close to the beach, clean and well appointed. They thought of all the little things to make our stay great, from extra towels to beach toys for the kids. The staff was friendly and responsive and the check-in and check-out process was so easy. They even coordinated with the baby equipment rental company for drop-off and pick-up so we didn't have to worry about anything. I would absolutely recommend them and we would rent from them again.

They Saved us Last Minute and had an amazing property for us to rent when the original place we rented off VRBO was filthy, thank you 710 Beach Rentals, the home we rented through you was amazing!

The whole rental experience was easy and fuss free. Prior to making our reservations, the company answered our questions in a professional and timely manner. Booking was via web and very easy - contracts were signed virtually and everything was clear from the beginning. We received reminders about our rental the closer our dates came as well as a referral to another vendor that could provide services (beach rentals, grocery stocking, etc.) if we wished. The day of check-in was contactless (a code for entry texted) and we were able to check in earlier than expected. We had no problems with the rental - everything was as advertised and we didn't need to contact them until the day before we left when there was a mix up regarding codes. They responded quickly and to our satisfaction.
I will definitely use them in the future and have already recommended them to my family and friends.

What a great house. It was right on the beach, the scenery was incredible, the house was well maintained and stocked with towels for the bathroom and the beach. We loved it here and when we come back to San Diego we hope to stay here again.

We rented the condo at 730 Portsmouth. The place was great worked well for our family.So close to the beach. The unit was very well equiped with everthing we needed. Would recommend this to anyone you will be pleased.

We cannot say enough about this property - if there were more than 5 stars I would give it! We have stayed at countless rentals in the US and throughout Europe and this is the by far the best we have ever stayed at!
It had everything we needed and then some. We are very particular as well. Down to the construction, where some units have shoddy workmanship, this was superior in every room. Details were looked at.
The kitchen accommodations were so impressive. We lacked for nothing. The reason we prefer a unit over a hotel is we like to cook and we sure felt at home!
Attention to details matter to us and we were not disappointed. Not only did we not want to get out of the plush beds, quite frankly we just never wanted to leave!
Thank you for the blankets which made snuggling on the super comfy sofa just like we were home!
I hope we get the opportunity to go back!

This place is nearly perfect!

It's right on the bay near the playground and volleyball courts. Despite it being quieter than the beach side, do expect quite a bit of traffic on the biking/jogging path. It didn't bother us, but if you don't like interacting with strangers while sitting on your patio, this may not be the best fit. We loved being able to relax there while the kids played in the sand.

The drawbacks others mentioned are accurate. The drapes don't block light and blackouts would be a huge improvement. Expect to hear planes at 6:32 a.m. each morning, but they really weren't bad. The ceiling is thin and you hear everything the upstairs neighbor is doing (flushing the toilet is quite loud) but our neighbors fortunately weren't doing anything unreasonable. That's just one of the trade-offs for the downstairs unit. The rugs could use replacing but it was still way better than a hotel.

I did mention to the rental company that the fireplace key area smells of gas when you use the gas fireplace and so long as they fixed that, I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at 832 Capistrano for our family vacation. The house was amazing and had everything we needed and more. 710 Rentals was great to work with, they were very quick to respond to any text or email. Very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely use them again for our next family vacation in Mission Bay.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation on Mission Beach. Everything went smoothly. The house was clean and we had all the amenities that we needed to enjoy our vacation. I loved that we were so close to the beach. It took all of 2 minutes to walk there. We would definitely use 710 Beach Rentals again in the future.

Me and my family of 6 had a great time here, although it was in a tight space. There was no AC and therefore windows had to be kept open. Neighbors are close and there is quite a lack of privacy; have to be conscientious when you are changing, even in the bedroom. But the overall amenities were as explained in the description. We'll be back to San Diego, but will choose a different rental next time.

Had a great experience in the property. Everything in order, from internet to gas on the BBQ, even some bodyboards for the kids. Will visit again!

We had a great time at this property. It was clean, comfortable and a great location for us. The only negative was the garage was very tight for our car (Denali XL). We could get it in the garage but could barely open the doors. Had to park at nearby park. A smaller car might be fine

What a GREAT experience. My family and I rented the property on Missin Bay 5 to 10 Nov 2016 and we couldn't have been any happier. The unit was well maintained, very clean with plenty of linen and utensils -- even beach chairs and umbrella. 710 Beach Rentals was fantastic -- their attention to detail is unsurpassed, they kept me informed, communicated in a timely manner, were always courteous and polite. Just can't say enough good things about them!!!! We had a GREAT 4 days, my family loved it and we will be returning!!!! Just a TERRIFIC experience!!!!! Thank you for a GREAT vacation!!!!!

House was great! If I needed anything for the house I just sent a text and got a response right away. The house is so close to the bay (great for young kids) I didn't even need to get a cooler or anything just walked back and forth from the house to the bay.

Only downside of the house is the windows had no screens but then again I don't live near a beach so maybe they're not suppose to. The house was just renovated so maybe they're coming...bugs were NOT an issue at all.

This home had it all, plenty of room for the family, good location and ample parking. Good communication from the rental agency as well!

We stayed at 936 Opal Street. Great house...great space....great location! New construction - very clean. Contained everything we needed for our stay! Highly recommend!!!!

We loved the location as well as the house at the property called Capistrano832. If we walked a very short distance one way, we arrived at the bay and if we wanted the beach and ocean, we just had to walk a short distance the opposite way. My brothers family and I (8 of us total) will very likely rent this same house again when we go back to San Diego. We also received very good service from 710 whenever we had a question or concern.

Easy to book, staff was great. Answered all questions we had. Definitely would use them again.

Our location on Whiting Court could not be beat. The space was well stocked and the staff at 710 Beach Rentals was very quick to respond to all questions. I appreciated all of the area information received prior to our visit.

We just stayed at the Coronado Ct. location and we were the envy of everyone who walked by. It boasts the largest and nicest patio on the beach. You are literally steps away from the sandy beach and volleyball courts.
This locale has the most amazing kitchen and amenities. Plus parking spots for two cars....which is a rarity in this beach town!
Check in and check out is a breeze and the folks at 710BR make planning and booking a vacation stress free :)

I stayed in the Venice Bayfront condo on Mission Bay just before Spring Break and must say that this condo is exactly as it is pictured and portrayed online. The view was beautiful and even though it was a very tight fit I was able to fit my Escalade and full sized sedan in the garage. This side of the bay was quiet and comfortable. We loved having the grill and a kitchen full of everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I am only giving a 4 star review instead of a 5 star because all the cutlery was dull which made prep a little challenging, so I had to buy some, and had I known I would have just brought my own, but this is a small thing. This company was easy to work with and I will definitely be using them again.

We stayed at 826/828 Capistrano. The house was so clean and beautiful! The location was perfect for our family. Quiet and great views. One of the best places we have ever stayed! We had 5 adults and 5 kids in our party and we all loved it!

What a fantastic place! It has been a long time since we have been to the beaches of San Diego and this visit made us fall in love with the place. Coronado Ct. was such a beautiful place with the perfect location. We had a quiet section of the beach in front of us and the action area only a short walk or bike ride down to the right. Cannot say enough great things about Mission Beach 710 rentals or the home that we rented for the long weekend. From the moment we expressed interest in the house we were contacted with all the relevant information that was needed, and given recommendations for the area. The house was AMAZING!! right on the boardwalk, floor to ceiling glass windows, with those automatic shades. Nothing like being greeted by the ocean waves every morning having a cup of coffee. The home was extremely clean and representatives from 710 would check in often to make sure we were having a great experience. On top of it all, I left a pair of sandals at the house and they had them packed up and shipped to my home the next day. Would recommend 710 to anyone looking for a professional management company to book their vacation rental.

Very professional rental group. We reserved with them in S. Mission Beach and got a great condo with a roof-deck and right off the beach. Awesome place for the family to stay. Highly recommended.

We loved out stay in Mission beach at one of the 710 Beach Rental properties!
Literally on the beach, in close proximity to restaurants, bars and 10 minutes from the San Diego Airport. Rental company was very responsive and gave us the feeling they really cared about making our stay memorable.
Attention to detail really showed in everything from the luxurious linen , towels and brand name toiletries the rental was equipped with.
We had one small issue on the first day that was completely our fault and someone was there within less than an hour to resolve it.
We will definitely stay at one of their properties again , highly recommended.

I believe this review is for the actual rental (property management company) and not the place itself. The place was good, with a few caveats (left separate review). But I was really happy with the management company. Checkout was super easy. We stayed in a cabin in New Mexico a month earlier and it took over an hour to "check out", from sheets and laundry and dishwasher etc etc. These folks were a few steps and done. Also they texted me the day of to say I could check in early (I wasn't in town yet so couldn't take advantage, but it's the thought that counts). I'd use them again for sure. Walking up and down the boardwalk in Mission Beach it seems like 710 dominates the rental market.

My wife and I have just completed our 4th year of renting the Jersey 2 property. I can't imagine a better spot right on the boardwalk. The condo is just as good as depicted in the photos and the 710BR couldn't be any more responsive to problems/missing items than they already are. It is a wonderful rental experience.

These people are extremely responsive. We were actually able to get into our beach rental an hour earlier and it was so easy; all automated using text. So we didn't have to go and wait at an office. They give you a code and you're in your rental. Yet when you do have to call them they answer immediately. Amy was terrific. I definitely recommend 710.

I rented a beach house in San Diego over 4th of July week and my family and I had a fantastic time. The check in process was amazingly simple, the house was clean and ready for our use and questions were readily answered by email or by phone. We stayed on Deal Ct and we had an amazing vacation! We were steps from the beach and the house had everything we could have needed! Since it didn t have AC it was equipped with enough fans that it didn t matter. It was family friendly and the neighbors around were very friendly as well. 710 was available for questions or concerns at any time and it was easy to contact them if we needed anything. I would definitely rent from 710 again, and we plan to next summer!

We stayed in a beachfront vacation home two weeks ago in La Jolla. We had amazing time at the property, which was spacious & gorgeous & just 3 mins walk to the beach. It was Superb .

The home we stayed at was very clean and well stocked with the items we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Bikes, paddle boards, beach chairs, beach towels etc. Our flight arrived ealry and we were given early check in at no addtional cost. 710 was very easy to communicate with by email and text and we would definitely use them again when we head back to vacation in the San Diego area.

Another great mini vacation with 710! The house was extra clean and even my wife was impressed! 721 Brighton was comfortable and close to the beach but up and away from the foot traffic on the court. We love Mission Beach!

We had a perfect week in this great Mission Beach cottage. The location was perfect, and the house was in great condition. We had one maintenance issue during the week, and 710 Beach Rentals was accessible, responsive, and timely addressed it. We highly recommend the property and 710 Beach Rentals.

We rent a house in Mission Beach for two to three weeks every autumn. Over the last 10 years I have used most of the rental companies in the area. Whilst I have never had either a bad experience or a bad house I must say that I found 710 to be a great company to work with. All communication was clear and professional and allowing for our 8 hour time zone differences was amazing. No problem was too trivial, all questions were answered immediately and the house was brilliant.

The kids loved staying on the beach. We loved that we were on the bay side. The location is great! We would stay again.

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely condo. Beautifully furnished and close to the beach, restaurants and a liquor store right next door. Our family really enjoyed the cleanliness of this condo. The only issue were the airplanes flying over head every morning at 0630 and lots of traffic in from of the condo too. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place in South Mission

We rented both Jersey 1 and 2 for a week in July. All 7 of us were exceptionally pleased with the units and with the property managers. Any question was immediately answered and any problem resolved to our satisfaction. The units are wonderfully situated just steps away from the sand and beach. We plan to rent it every year!

The beach house was as advertised, clean and close to the sand. The staff that worked with us on the phone was easy to deal with and it was nice to talk to live people instead of dealing only with a computer. Will certainly call 710 Beach Rentals next time. Larry Bush

Communication great with constant updates of condo availability. Condo very clean and accurately described as on web page. Garage a huge plus due to limited parking availability. Beach chairs and toys a nice addition. Very fast to respond to inquiries related to rental. Only drawback for 726 Capistrano is airplane noise in morning if windows are open for cool temps (710 Beach Rentals is very honest about this in description of condo). Would highly recommend and will use 710 Beach Rentals in future when returning to San Diego!

A very nice property for the price. Close to the beach. Nice views. It is quite noisy...just be prepared as the jet traffic is very close by from the airport and runs from about 6am to midnight. Lots of street noise too...just a busy place. No air conditioning so windows have to be open so the noise can be a problem. Parking is tight but they state that upfront so it was not a surprise. We got parked and then ubered everywhere to avoid having to get car out again. Overall, a well kept property.

The house was in the perfect location, walking distance to pacific beach, restaurants, bars, grocery and shopping! The house was very clean and updated. Easy to use key pad to enter the home. The management team was exceptionally quick to answer any questions we had. Beautiful top deck with view of ocean and outside patio for BBQ. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We did a last minute trip to San Diego and stayed on the 3rd floor of the Queenstown property. It was to die for!! There was no A/C which wasn't a problem for us in the front bedroom but warmer for the couple in the back room. The beds weren't very comfortable but overall it was very nice and easy to get to pretty much wherever you wanted to go. The parking spot we had in the garage was right up to the wall so was sometimes difficult to get in and out with a car parked next to us.

710 is a great company to deal with.

I rent a lot of VRBO properties and 710 was one of the best management companies that I have dealt with.

The location is great and the home is very nice. We spent the weekend with our teenagers and had a great time. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware. A couple of tips - the bbq tools are up high to the left of the washing machine in a small pouch (we didn t find them until our second bbq) and the beach towels are in the closet of one of the smaller bedrooms. The volleyball courts in front of the condo make for some entertaining people watching. The sand is unbelievably clean and soft.

We had a great experience. Everything was just as described and the information was clear, easy to follow and very responsive. Thank you for providing a great service.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were three couples and the way that the townhouse is set up it allows everyone to have some private space. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you would need to prepare meals. The furnishings are nice and comfortable. The three separate bedroom suites with their own full baths was very helpful. The townhouse is around 100 steps from the beach but there is not a good view "of" the beach even from the rooftop balcony (which was also nice). It is right off of Mission Blvd and all the restaurants, stores, etc. Even though it was a bit noisy it wasn't that distracting. the managment was very responsive to EVERYTHING. Nice people, really important. quick response etc... The house was equipped with all sorts of beach equipment which made it nice, an outdoor hose so you could wash off the sand and a washer dryer to keep things neat and tidy. There is one air conditioner on the top floor but if everything is closed up, the air really makes it way down as well. The wifi was reliable. We really had a nice time and felt very comfortable. We all would like to go back again.

Great experience with 710. Easy to book and they mailed an Apple Remote that I had left in a couch cushion. Thanks guys; we'll look you up on our next San Diego adventure.

My experience with 710 Beach Rental was exceptional, everyone was a pleasure to talk with and then responded quickly when we had an issue. The place on Jamaica Court was unbelievable! It was a little more than I wanted to spend but was definitely worth it in the end!

The company were rented from was great! They gave us email reminders of trash day but otherwise left us alone. They were easy to work with and polite. We really enjoyed the trip!

Great location! At a moments notice, our kids were able to play in the sand and the water on the bay. The ocean is only 5min away! There is a nice coffee shop close by along with great pizza and tacos spots .

Management was great! Very prompt and accommodating to any request we made. One of our friends forgot her keys in the condo. After we left, housekeeping found them and notified us immediately. They are even willing to ship the keys to our friend's work!

The facility was very nice and well kept. Clean and accommodating. Plenty towels, dishes, etc. Even sand toys and beach chairs!

Management company was responsive from the very first time I had questions when just looking online to see what we might want! While we were there we noticed some outdoor maintenance they might want to do, not a problem for us, just an FYI for them and shortly after, a staff member stopped by and took note. Also asked if we needed anything else! They've been efficent in communicating all along, terrific! We hope to rent from them again next year!

Redondo Delight in August - this is a smaller unit for 2-4 but it was perfect for us especially because of the proximity to the gorgeous, quiet, peaceful, free and beautiful North Mission Beachfront and boardwalk. Everything you need is right there - commercial stuff on the street to one side, the beach on the other side. It's a second floor unit with a small patio facing south that catches the cool breezes as well as the nightly fireworks from Sea World which was fun. Almost everything was really clean. There were a only a few minor problems. The access and security, and the staff responses to our needs from 710BR were great. All very professional. It was really important having our own dedicated parking spot, and there is a coin laundry in the parking garage as well - no need to walk down the street to the laundromat. Morning coffee across the street on Mission Blvd too or, the coffee maker in the unit. Kitchen utensils were nice. Do be aware that the beds are a little on the soft side- we prefer harder mattresses, but this was a small issue compared to the incredible deal we thought this was. There is some street noise through the windows at night, too, but, again, these did not greatly detract from our good experience. We had a wonderful time.

Enjoyed a great relaxing stay. Timely turnover of the unit, everything immaculate and a super location. Bikes and paddle boards included. Nothing like an early morning or late afternoon ride around the bay and the oceanside boardwalk.

We rented a portion of a house on Balboa Ct, the suite was well supplied with essentials. From our front door it was 2 blocks left to Mission bay the water was warm and calm...we enjoyed the beach. Turning right from our front door 3 blocks and we were at the ocean side. We will be going back next year. 710beach rentals professional and courteous.

710 Rentals was great to work with! Loved the home, had everything we needed there. It was the perfect family vacation home! Plan to use their service again next year and possibly invite more family along. May need a larger home next time but I know that 710 will be able to accommodate our needs. Thanks again!

Staff was always on top of our reservation from start to finish. If we had questions, the response was always in a timely manner. Very Happy with staff!
