Company absolutely not serious.
After contacting them at the end of 2018, we decided to trust them to redesign our website. We have validated quotes for about 24 000 uros (twenty four thousand euros, that's right), for the redesign of the site, accommodation and 2 additional services.
Our goal was simple, put your hand in the pocket for the realization of an original and qualitative site, a true investment for our structure.
First of all, the exchanges started very well with Mr PEZZOTTA, the mission corresponded to their profile (..) We entrusted all of our codes from our old site indicating that we wanted the same thing to the current standards ( responsive, design ..).
The following are exchanges with his colleagues (Mr VERDIERE for the most part) or we advance on the project with remarks to indicate the things that go and those that do not go and we answer you (for things that do not do not go) it is noted we will come back later. In "later", it was necessary to understand TOO LATE.
Today, they have cut the online site (to understand our old site is disabled), it's amazing. In question, a credit of about 5,000 uros that did not deliberately settled when the exchanges became conflicting, to be sure that they agree to finish the site in accordance with our expectations.
The reality is a society led by "yes-yes" when it comes to making you believe that it is achievable, which is shielded with their so-called booklet functionality very summary and little detail, and especially who never questions himself. We have tried many times to find a conciliation, without having the slightest proposal on their part (sorry, I forgot the 2 additional billings that have been proposed for about 4 000 uros).
My belief is a structure that displays ambitions beyond its capabilities and my disappointment is that it did not have the honesty to say at the start or during the mission.
The result is any site that does not reflect our identity and our expectations and more than just put online since they host our site (that's really serious).
This company is to flee if you want to avoid troubles like those we live.
