Everyone is very nice and pleasant to work and deal with

A seriously unprofessional business. On a time sensitive order, they ran the wrong colour. Blamed the customer. Gave a new file with 4over's specifications. They called and said the 200 signs were ready. Drive an hour to pick them up ( they refused to rush ship) and they have only 20 of 200 signs ready. In the same wrong colour.

Do not do anything time sensitive with this company. The different departments don't even communicate.

CLOSED. Recently announced, 4over Canada will be shutting down permanently so they can "focus on their US facilities" and use them to fulfill Canadian orders (at double the price due to Shipping). A complete slap in the face to all the Canadian businesses that replied on them. Thankfully I had a backup in place for years and now I know who I'll be using - the one that stuck with Canada.

Quality and customer service has improved greatly with the new plant manager. Very satisfied with my customer's suade and spot UV business cards. Thank you!!!!

I left a low rating review because of bad experience with 4over but the manager Manuel personally called me and resolved the issue.
Because of his professional way of treating the problem, I feel better now and changed this review.

Outstanding customer service at Toronto location.
James (Manager) is an asset to this company and has done an amazing job to instil confidence to this company and their products. it has been a pleasure doing business with them.
Diana at Toronto customer service is another reason this company is getting 5 start from Nexus Printing, always accommodating and patient.

Their web site never work when I'm trying to place an order, spent hours with them on the phone and they never know what is going on. Very bad experience.

Absolutely amazing service! Great quality and very quick turn around times.. 4over is now my GO TO offset print vendor... Thanks Guys!!

We have used 4Over for many years and in all these years, the level of professionalism and customer service has been outstanding. Not only do they have a great portfolio of print products, they back it by going out of the day to fix issues. I am looking forward to the time when they offer more products from the Toronto location, which is my only source of dissatisfaction from 4Over. . `
