I just hung up on one of their sales people. It took two minutes to get almost a straight answer out of the woman who called me. It took five minutes AFTER I hung up to figure out that she wasn't calling from "411Loco," (which she repeated three times). She was snotty and rude and condescending. And refused to give me a straight answer to any of my questions and they weren't tricky questions. She wouldn't give me a reason for her phone call or whether she was calling to get money from me. She insisted that I wasn't in a position to decide who should be tying up my time and phone line.
