They are quick to take your money and "cookie cut" you through the system but they don't customize anything for you. Their customer service sucks. They promised a video and it was with the wrong song and it was taken down by them 3 weeks afterwards. It doesn't seem that there are procedures or common practices because it depends who you get then you have different answers to the same questions. They promise you to get you on first page of GOOGLE. We are with them 3 months and we are still at PAGE 7! No communication from the sales rep (he is way gone!) and to get to customer service no one has a clue. Save your money. STAY AWAY!
