Word to the wise, if you do decide to go with this company, it is an arduous process to undo this decision. 90 minutes and 4 different conversations about the same thing to FINALLY get them to cancel my account. Their customer service is aggressive to near bully status. Not only do they speak to you as if you don't know what you're doing, they keep contacting you MONTHS after to get you to re-sign up with more perks for free. Do yourself a favor, find a local company in your area who does the same thing. Support a local business who really understands your business and client market. I gave them 2 stars because I don't know if their product really boosted my company or not, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I have actually gotten busier since I started managing my own online presence.
