If you want to see life through the eyes of a slave, do not hesitate to work for this box:
No career follow-up, almost zero prospects, ridiculous bonuses, unpaid subjugation and overtime, hazardous increases, preferential treatment and power games prevail and prevail. A society comparable to a rotten apple from the inside, but appetizing from the outside.
Customer satisfaction at the cost of the moral and physical health of the employee is a daily banality.
Welcome to the company that praises its professionalism, but which in reality does not do better than its competitors.
I know all this because I worked there for more than 3 years. Honesty is inversely rewarded, and I paid the price.
The leaders, although they inspire confidence, are anxious to make a profit. They will step on you and threaten you with blows of warning (deductions) and salary deductions, for lack of an inability to communicate the true community values of the company, even to motivate you, and develop your potential.
Subcontractors, small fragile boxes on a human scale, are not better off. They are often forced to cooperate by accepting laughable prices, as well as the worst treatments, which range from a refusal to pay to heavy penalties.
2 things I would not regret during my years at 3Gcom:
1.Great colleagues (with a few exceptions ^^): Ranging from project managers in constant adversity, to technicians and subcontractors, passing by all the good people: coordinators, administrative staff ...
2. A professional experience that opened my eyes to the reality of telecommunications in Morocco, and more generally of the Moroccan capitalist company thirsty for money.
Note that: The only positive opinions on 3Gcom on google or others, will come from:
-Workers who have found their account in one way or another, or who are licking
-Managers of the box (which is natural)
-Candidats looking for a job at 3Gcom
