The outside court officers cause of covid have specific rules to follow, completely understand that. My son with mental health had court today. I asked to go in with him, he doesn't always understand or really listen. They allowed me inside, following
guidelines... through the court we respected all the rules. Called him into court the officer in439 was so rude. Told me to leave, I shouldn't even of been allowed in court at all. Doesn't matter mental health apparently

Been calling for 2 months consistently regarding tickets that I ve been trying to pay that won t allow me to pay online because their not showing in 36D account system & never got an answer and now I have warrants and I m sure they still won t answer and will just wait til a cop arrest me so I can have a record... this is corruption at its finest and very unjust pandemic or not

I have been trying to pay my ticket for the past 45 days and no luck! They don t even pick up the phone nor answer their voicemail. What a way to protect and serve! Y all should do your job and answer the phone that s what y all getting paid for. I walked in the phone was going crazy girl at the front desk just ignoring our calls .

I was given a ticket in October. It didn't have a citation #, a number to call...weird right? I've been trying to call them since to see how much my ticket would be. In February, I received a ticket for not showing up to court??? I never received anything in the mail to show up for court. In March, they suspended my license, why???? I can't pay a ticket online, I can't get in contact with ANYONE, how are y'all so busy but no one is getting their calls answered?? I guess I'll drive with my license suspended until something happens. THIS IS SO TRASH. I will be calling the governor.

When I'm calling to see about my ticket and my court date I'm expecting you to do your job that you are getting paid for you do not close until 4:30 so why at the time it's convenient for me it turns out not to be convenient for you when you don't close till 4:30 these people sitting behind this window at these registers should still be able to talk to the citizens regarding their payment and or court dates and take calls up until 4:30. This happens every time.

called 6 times got hung up on 4 times after 30 min. 1 time after 2 hours, they picked up it was not the automated voice, and was told to call back after lunch. and on the 6th call after 4 hours I was told the ticket had not been processed, 2 weeks after the issuing date, they then took my number to "call me back when it was processed". That never happened. I only found out that my ticket had been processed because I keep checking anyway. Once I got my court date everything was fine but they need to get the call center under control and more staff.

Why is the police giving out tickets if no one can answer the phone to give them detail about what s going on doesn t make any sense

There was a nurse (that was checking for temperatures) that was in her feelings and she was acting like she couldn't do her job and gave me an attitude. I was just trying to take care of some important business and it killed my vibe. She could have just said you have to wait in line right here in front of the door and wait for security. That was not a hard thing to do and she gave me problems.other thn that service was very fast.

These people are the most unprofessional people I ve came across. They don t answer the phone, they say my ticket is not in the system it s crazy how this district court is still running this place needs to be shut down as soon as possible or at least new employees because this is not working out !!!!!

The most incompetent court system I have ever had the displeasure of witnessing. I have personally witnessed several virtual courtrooms via Zoom over the past year & every single meeting has been poorly executed & extremely disorganized. The judges & attorneys seem to never have any of the correct paperwork & continue to waste the time of the defendants by repeatedly asking everyone to "hold on" while they send defendants to the wrong courtrooms or break-out rooms & then upon the defendants return they are blamed for causing a disruption or for following the wrong directions. It is appalling to witness all of the incompetence of a court system first hand. I am in shock that this courtroom has gotten away with functioning so poorly for so long without any fundamental change. Shame on this court system for how it treats its defendants by wasting hours upon hours of their time because their extreme disorganization & incompetence in all areas.
