Towers are being overloaded causing a degradation of service. We have been customers for over 3 years. The first couple of years we received outstanding service and speeds were fast and consistent. In the last few months the company has taken on so many new customers due to COVID that the towers are completely beyond capacity. Even the technician that performed the house call admitted that speeds are being greatly affected. Instead of focusing on providing quality connection to their existing customers, they are too worried about income. The technician left our house saying "wish I had better answers for you". We pay for 50 mbps and have been struggling to reach 8-10 when our service works at all.

Your service is down again, We have a ping of 12...

Your service is down again, We have a ping of 120 and download at 2.17mb . We have an on going issue that they are not willing to fix. We have had issues from day one, only to be told today by someone that we have no issues at all and was not going to help get it resolved, she actually stated on that call that its an up to service so if we get 1mb its acceptable , even if you pay for 20 mbs.

Not supplying the connection speed I am paying for is horrible business practice.

However, when one pays for 50mbs and receives on average 10 mbs or less, this is unsatisfactory. Your infrastructure should be monitoring the connection and alert you to improper connection speeds to your clientele.

Only after notification do they calibrate the connection, which lasts for about two days of 30mbs. After that, I experience the 5-10mbs once again.

I suspect there is something wrong with the equipment, be it the router, dish, or simply the distance to the tower. But getting an explanation is impossible.

Pros:

Dedicated staff doing their best in a bad situation.
