Advanced life photography Review

We order school photos every year and orders are managed very professionally by the Advancedlife team. There has never been a mix up of requests due to use of unique ordering forms. This year we failed to collect the school photos due to being locked out of the country during Covid-19. We reached out to Advancedlife and they were very helpful in delivering our request directly by post. All our emails were promptly responded and we were also updated on the status of our request. Kerry from their team has provided an amazing support in tracking & delivering our order.

Customer service is top notch, sorted out my issue with no complaints. Would recommend family and friends.

When my son asked the lady to take the photo again as he blinked she responded with "No, move along." Received the photos today. His eyes are closed in the photo. I could have done better myself. Unfortunately for you I'll make sure to chase this one up, not just leave a review.

My kids have dark complexion. You can hardly see them in the group photo. But you can barely see them on their individual portrait. I wonder if the photographers know how to take photographs with mixed tones in a group. The general rule for any photographer should be that the lightest person is not too light, while the darkest person is not too dark. If this is too difficult in your world, then at least do justice to the individual portrait. How can you cherish memories when you can't even see yourself in the pic. (which wasn't cheap at all). Note : I have been putting up with this for the last 9 years ...each time thinking it will get better next year, lost hope now :(

It is deceiving to display prices right up until payment online is made via credit card where suddenly your advertised price increases by a dollar. Yes it's only one dollar but it's deceitful

The Ladies at Advanced Life are amazing especially Kerry, so super helpful and lovely. We received our daughters beautiful school photos from last year that we thought had been lost. Kerry did an amazing job tracking them down and getting them to us super quick. Can t wait for this years school photos.

Great from start to finish! My child was absent on school photo day so I contacted advancedlife who organised for me to go to a different school to get the individual photo done. There was then a mix up and I didn t receive all the photos due to going to a different school, I contacted advancedlife who were so helpful and dealt with my issue promptly. Very happy overall!
