I have actually been a tenant of Jon's since March 2013. The weekend we moved in the heater didn't work so I called Jon and that day someone came out and when they told him they would replace it the next day, Jon told them NO! You will replace it today! It was cold so I was happy and knew we had a good landlord.
The following year our garage door went off track and again I emailed him pretty late at night and the next day he sent someone out to fix it.
We had a bathroom sink that was leaking and again someone was out the next day replacing it.
He puts a lot of work into his homes and my family is very blessed to have him as our landlord.
If you want a landlord that is amazing and is on top of fixing things he is definitely the one you want.
