I brought my 19 year old cat in for our first appointment at this location. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming as well as very knowledgeable. Their love for animals is quite evident..

I brought my elderly kitty in today to make sure some recent sneezing wasn't the product of anything serious. I was so impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and above-and-beyond care we received. Dr. Phillips was kind and reassuring, and unlike other places I've been, I didn't feel like there was any intention to upsell or do more than was necessary for my cat's comfort and wellness. The support team went out of their way to be helpful--including inviting my kitty back inside when my car broke down in the parking lot because they wanted to make sure she didn't get cold while I waited for AAA to show up. Just an outstanding experience all around, and I'll definitely be switching my care here if I move permanently to this area.

Great Vet & staff. Services are high, but the care is worth it!

SO appreciative of VCA which gave me a same day appointment to take care of my Jack Russel's severe paw pad lacerations. The team handled the COVID protocols so smoothly and explained every step and treatment options very clearly. I don't know what I would have done if VCA had not been able to see my pup, as many vets are not taking new clients and all are fully booked for weeks it seems. VCA made time for me between other appointments and tonight my JRT is comfortable and on her way to healing...I am especially grateful as we don't live locally and are just here visiting for the month. Exceptionally responsive!!

Great staff. Follows up on tests & treatment. Goes the extra mile in care. Dr Phillips is thorough, knowledgeable and caring.

To a person, they all show the most sincere love and caring for every pet that's brought through their doors.
I recently had to put my best friend Hudson (in the photo) to sleep, due to liver cancer.
The love and hugs and concern that the whole staff showed Hudson and I, made one of the saddest days in my life, just a little bit better... I was able to smile through the tears and Hudson was purring away as we said farewell to 14 years together.
As if that weren't enough, the attached card came in the mail a few days later.
Now they're taking wonderful care of my newly adopted friend, Autumn :)

Dr Phillips is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever used.
She made our difficult decision easier and was with us through it all. I am greatful for her kindness and understanding - even though she had never met us. We will have a more comforting memory because of her.

I had an exception experience with my almost 5 mo. old Olde English Bulldogge at VCA All Caring Hospital. While on vacation from Boston, our pup came down with what turned out to be some sort of bacterial infection that quickly sent him into a scary downward spiral of pneumonia. We were 3 hours away from home and any of the vet clinics I was familiar with, but the pup was so bad we couldn't ride it out--I'll spare you the vivid description of his yuckier symptoms, but the worst was that he could barely breathe. We showed up at VCA All Caring's door as they opened on a Saturday morning and were seen within 15 minutes. The staff were all very kind, and Dr. Phillips was arguably one of the best doctors I've ever dealt with--in any animal or human practice. She kept our boy for an hour to run tests, get him some fluids, take chest xrays, and start him on meds. It was very clear that she takes her role as a healer seriously, and her bedside manner was impeccable; until yesterday I have never had a doctor her/himself call me on my cell phone in the evening just to check-in and see how her patient was doing!!

I can't thank the group at VCA All Caring enough for the wonderful attention and swift care my boy got. The facilities were lovely and given the amount of time and services he got, I think the prices were very reasonable--we probably would have paid double in Greater Boston. If I lived closer to this area, it would be well worth the extra drive to make this hospital the one I took all my pets to regularly.

I just came in here to get a travel certificate for my (healthy) dog, but I really appreciated the friendly staff and vet. I had to cancel my first appointment at the last minute because my car got stuck in the snow, but they squeezed me in later in the day. Such a pleasant and accommodating environment!

How anyone can leave this place a five star review is beyond me. I have been bringing my domestic long-haired cat there for a long time and I was always charged $50 for a lion cut because his hair gets matted and I was always charged $25 for a rabies vaccine (when actually you can get those for $10 at tractor supply and places like that, that offer clinics), and I was always charged $55 for a regular exam.

Well now they want to charge $70 for a regular exam, $40 for a rabies vaccine, and $55 for a lion cut. I have been a loyal customer, and to go from $25 for one simple shot to $40 is absolutely ridiculous. Price gouging at its best!! I will be using Bilmar veterinary services in great Barrington from now on, as their prices are way more reasonable!!

Hello! My experience with VCA has been wonderful! Dr. Phillips and the staff have all been very good to our four-legged boy, and although it usually takes three people to handle him some times, they are always ready with those chicken treats Bentley likes so much! I would recommend VCA to anyone! Monica

We brought our dog here while passing through on vacation, to get a second opinion on an ongoing issue. Now we're discussing making this a regular trip from DC once or twice a year just to see this vet. They spend more time, communicate better, and charge about half what we pay at home.

Our dog was very sick and they took her right in and took care of her!

They were so compassionate when we had to put our 14 year old Daisy down. I love all the employees and Doctors there.

We got our puppy 7 weeks ago during the Covid pandemic as well as many other families! VCA got us an appt rather quickly to get Nova checked out and we are now clients for life!!

Google thinks that the VCA is the whole plaza. CHP is there too.
Good animal hospital, and the only one I know of in our immediate area.

They ve done great work with my animals but like any vet their work is very pricey. They offer some credit options and a payment plan provided you ve never defaulted on one with them before. Still, I would go here to get any of my animals checked out.

I have had an amazing experience at VCA All Caring Animal Hospital. I love my fur babies as I love my child. I have a 9 yo Weimaraner with 2 chronic illnesses. My VCA Vet. Dr. June, has given him meticulous care. He is energetic, healthy, runs, plays. Dr. June monitors his conditions carefully. I moved to the Berkshires from an area where I had to Vet hop 4x's because my dogs were not safe with the Vets, I feel fortunate now at VCA All Caring. The techs and administrative staff are wonderful too.

ALWAYS a pleasure to work with the staff at VCA to give our pets the best care possible.

My pup thought wild mushrooms would be a nice snack today. Thank you SO much to the whole team who walked me through the steps I needed to take over the phone, and ultimately provided the care that Poison Control recommended. In addition to being great with my dog, they were also the calming and caring presence that I needed. Thanks again for providing such excellent care and for seeing us on short notice.
