He helped us consolidate a couple home improvement loans into our primary mortgage and lowered our rate by 1% in the process to one of the lowest rates ever seen! They made the process super easy and smooth and even had suggestions I hadn't considered to meet our long term goals. His knowledge and professionalism had me trust the process but it was his kindness, light humor, and genuinity that made the home loan as less daunting as it could possibly be :). Knowing that I would be making the most expensive purchase of my life, Enrico really knew how to take care of me. HIs replies were swift, he was patient, regurgitated information until I understood, and I really appreciated how prepared he was so that we knew how to pivot at any given moment.
As happy as I am this entire process is over and the other work begins, I will miss partnering with Enrico. I felt all of this was made possible in the time we had set because he, myself, and my realtor made a solid team.

Trying to get a hold of the mortgage loan department is impossible.
I paid off my second mortgage in April . . . Now it is October and they still haven't done their job in releasing their interest of this loan with the title/deed.
Every time I call in I just get old voice mail messages from March really? Update that message.
I have called 3 different numbers only a message can be left with no response. Or I call a branch office and get a run around with them leaving a message for the mortgage department to call me back.
Even Chicago Title Company can't get a phone call back.
Still no call back to me.
So disappointed with this company.
