They made the process super easy and smooth and even had suggestions I hadn't considered to meet our long term goals. Trying to get a hold of the mortgage loan department is impossible. I paid off my second mortgage in April . . . Now it is October and they still haven't done their job in releasing their interest of this loan with the title/deed. Every time I call in I just get old voice mail messages from March really? Update that message. I have called 3 different numbers only a message can be left with no response. Or I call a branch office and get a run around with them leaving a message for the mortgage department to call me back. Even Chicago Title Company can't get a phone call back. Still no call back to me. So disappointed with this company.
