Alycia Edmonds and her team are fast and efficient at getting you the best deal for what you are looking for. They are very professional and have great customers service. My husband and I have been trying to find the best bank to go with for our refinance. All of the small credit unions that we had inquired with did not make us feel comfortable with choosing them. We felt like just another number to them. With Alycia and her team, you are not just a number but a priority.

BEWARE! absolutely the worse experience. I am not a customer nor will I ever be a customer of this business.

This place has the worst online tools, the worst app and the worst everything. They only redeeming quality of this bank is the people ARE friendly when you call, which is nice. Anything else about this bank is horrible. Worse? They recommend you get their app, yet it doesn't state you can't do the most obvious of things -- like setup the ability to use a third party bank to pay your loan. Stay away from this place if you value your sanity.

Kathy was so great to work with! As first time home buyers, it was great to have someone on your team who was always willing to explain the details of the loan so you could make an educated decision. Brad and his staff are wonderful people and they find magical money and give it out to anybody who asks just as long as you own property. I suggest everyone go by and get free sodas out of the lobby and say hi to Lauri she can hold her breath for 3 minutes.

if I could give them less than 1 star then I would. worst experience I have ever had. I had chosen them because I had worked with the loan officer when I bought my first home. He worked for a different mortgage company. This entire experience has been a nightmare. My loan was just sold as of 7.1.17; I made the payment to my new mortgage company and today I find that 1st Security also took a payment from my checking account. I think a complaint to AG is the next step. Incompetence to the max.
