Called Copy Lady to troubleshoot a problem with my Xerox C405 printer. Their technician stated the problem was the defuser. The technician showed me how to replace it and I ordered a genuine Xerox part on the internet and installed it when it came. I turned on the machine and it was still making the horrible noise as before - nothing was fixed. I called Copy Lady to see if the technician could please come again and further investigate. No go!! It would be a brand new service call and another $134 to come and see what the problem really was! No Customer Service courtesy whatsoever!! I called Advance Form and Printing in Cape Coral, they came right out, disasembled the machine and found the problem. Replaced the faulty part without additional charge and their bill for service was $130. Guess which company I will use in the future??

It is such a pleasure to work with CopyLady. We have used their services for many years and hopefully for many more years to come.
