The entire staff was incredibly helpful in me finding a quality place when I needed it. I moved into Texas at short notice with limited funds. Everyone I talked to was open about my options given my limits of both time and money. I was able to move in quickly without much issue. I could not Have more gratitude if I tried!
Jennifer Cooper was absolutely amazing , super professional and so easy to work with . Only had a week to find an apartment but she managed to get me into my dream apartment in less than 24hrs ,Couldn t think her enough. Christa was extremely helpful to us in our search for an apartment when we were in a time crunch and had to move quickly!! Being from DFW, I thought I was in good shape to search on my own, but after feeling lost, I'm glad I reached out to her because she was able to focus in and pinpoint the exact right property for everything we were looking for and needing. Highly recommend Christa and 1 Source Apartments!! (Bonus points for being able to talk via text, made everything much easier!!)
The experience was great! Dana really helped me out. I was originally looking for a 1 bedroom but some things changed and I needed a 2 bedroom for a later move in date. Without hesitation, Dana told me she would follow up in a couple months and she did! She found me a great 2 bedroom in the perfect area and I got an awesome rate!
Always a great experience working with Arthur Evans. He listens to your needs and preferences and does his best to help get you where you want to be. Extremely informative and doesn't mind going out of his way to do research to make sure he's giving you the correct answer most up to date info on properties and processes.
I had the best opportunity to work with Alice! Alice is really efficient, professional and even when sending an email you can feel positive vibes being sent along with it. I first worked with Alice in April, 2018 and she responded in a timely manner ultimately helping me locate my first apartment. She saved me so much time & I love my new First home! She also assisted a friend of mine when I asked and now I am now working with Alice again in preparation for my next relocation and I now have very fruitful results of where my next home will be. Received an email about my inquiry. I gave my max rent I could afford, clearly stating I couldn't go higher. I was asked to raise my rent, which I can't. I look around on my own and have found a few places within my range but wanted to see if a locator had other options.
Was not thrilled, but glad I figured out things in under 15 minutes.
Edit: The owner did reach out to me to get my feedback and try to make things right for next time, so I do appreciate that! I think I was just unlucky enough to get connected with a bad rep/contractor. I can't speak for the company's service overall, but I will keep my warning up against the contractor I was originally stuck working with.
I would not recommend Ken from this company. I reached out wanting help with finding a house to rent because in the FAQ page it says that s an option. Well this guy named Ken called me from this company and said he didn t deal with houses and didn t bother transferring me over to someone else there who could help. Instead he ignored the form I filled out of my preferences and kept ignoring me and sending me apartment suggestions that were no where near what I was looking for. Then he finally sent me a list of apartments to consider and said he d call the ones I chose to get prices. So I sent him back a couple I was interested in and didn t hear back for 2 days. Then when he finally reached out, it was unrelated and it was like he forgot he was supposed to call those apartments to get prices for me. So I looked at the websites for them myself and found 1 available in my price range and for the date I wanted. He called that same apartment and told me there was nothing available and instead offered me a higher priced apartment elsewhere. Then tell me why I ended up calling that apartment myself & filling out an application for one they did indeed have available? He flat out lied and tried to get me to go with a more expensive apartment. That was the last straw for me and I told him nicely I would no longer need his services. He never replied either. He did not care about helping me and only wanted to make money. Def don t recommend him!!
