I joined for the goal of getting into an exercise routine and to get in shape for a vacation. I loved the gym. The fact that the gym has multiple levels and tons of equipment means that you have relative privacy, and you don't have to wait to use the machines you want. I had a great experience. The prices and price options were reasonable, and I didn't get screwed over when canceling the membership. The staff was nice and the facilities were clean. I'm going to join again soon to get ready for summer!I

Nice set-up with many machines and options. Staff is nice and friendly. Good hours.
Impressive variety of classes, although the one I tried (yoga) wasn't that great. The teacher was good as the class flowed, but the equipment was lacking. They only supplied Pilates mats, half sized blocks and offered no other props. No blankets, no straps, no bolsters, etc. Don't know about the efficiency of other classes offered.

Great Spacy place to workout at, great energy there

The manager, Natalia, who does a really bad job at managing the entire place, is a snake. She never does anything right. She only changes the rules without notifying anyone to get money under the table. Natalia's attitude and the way she treats her staff, clients, and even staff members is genuinely disrespectful, disturbing, and unnecessary. The locker rooms are absolutely unsanitary, as well as the karate room, the attitude of the manager is disgusting, and the entire gym itself is a huge disappointment. Don't trust that ugly little smile and completely annoying voice of hers. IT'S ALL BULL.

Good gym. Clean and well maintained equipment. Good value. Friendly staff. Just wish they had cardio machines on the first floor as the stairs are too steep for some patrons.

overpriced, rude staff, rude cheap management one example no water fountains in this gym you have to buy overpriced bottled water. The only reason this place is still in business is because there are no other gyms in this area. Someone else PLEASE open a gym nearby!!!!!!!!!

how much do you guys pay and do the classes have different payments or is it one payment for everything

updated review: I was previously upset at the lack of communication during the second closure from October - December. The staff reached out with sincere apologies, and I understand how hard it can be to stay afloat during a pandemic. Since the issue is rectified, I'll give my actual opinion on this gym.

It's great. Hands down, a functional small business that I don't feel bad giving my money to. The weight area has plenty of equipment, which is not something you'll find at a more commercial gym.

If you box, there's a bunch of bags hanging out in their own little section. Additionally, there's a cardio area upstairs and a nice stretching/dance studio with infinity mirrors where you can check yourself out.

The gym is well stocked with wipes and sanitizer.

To get into the gym, you book a 90 minute session on the Mindbody app. Sessions are always available. I never have an issue booking a time slot whether it's 12pm or 7pm.

Like I said before, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Abboz in particular!

Hello, everybody! Just wanna say a few words about NYC Fitness club. I started working out there like three weeks ago and I really like it. First of all this gym opens at 6am that makes me comfortable to use it before my work starts. I also have to mention about the huge variety of classes for kids. The place is always clean, not crowded, awesome stuff is working there, different discounts performed. Well 9 points of 10 so I can definitely recommend it!

Manager is so rude !!! I don t advise this gym plus so expensive I paid so much money but she never ever respect you can go for$10 other gym they respect so good !!! Don t go this gym this is my number you can call me if you wanna know why I change this gym I workout 2 years but one day I forgot my gym id I show them nyc ID she reduce and scream on me I told are you ok , i pay here I am not coming for free
