This place is a gem. As I have Celiac Disease, I must always eat gluten free. This place took very good care of me. I and my vegetarian daughter both had delicious meals here one evening. We'll be back!

After a lengthy search for a suitable dining venue, we landed into Talbot 101. The upstairs restraint on Talbot Street, is bright and airy . It has an unusual sunken floor area in the middle of the dining area which adds to the privacy at those tables which adjoin each other. The dish selection was very good and wide ranging and meant ot was difficult to made one's choice. I plumped for the chicken dish which wa as fresh, warm and succulent. My companions opted for two starters each. All came in within a good budget. The athmosphere was light and the staff chirpy and friendly. This restaurant is well worth a 5 star recommendation and I'll be back again sometime soon to enjoy a full 3 course evening meal.

From the moment we showed up at Talbot we were made to feel very welcome. The staff are wonderful and made it seem like nothing was too much trouble. The food is brilliant and excellent value for money, especially if you get there in time for the early bird menu. Very happy we spent came here for a meal during our stay, was definitely one of the highlights of Dublin.

Service put us all in bad form , the waiter sneered at us , forgetting that the far side of table saw him . My Fish pie had the grey skin still on , not nice , and it was topped with watery Smash instant potatoes. Check it out . I would not serve it to anyone at home . Going there spoilt a terrific show in the Abbey . Never again 101....

Isn't it a restaurant!
It wasn't bad at all,
It s really delicious! Not really
Price setting a little higher than usual!
For an early dinner
About 50
When compared to the taste,
If the price is a little cheaper
The customer service was also good, so I think it's 4.

The atmosphere of the store is also nice
It may be a little-known hideaway restaurant!
It might be worth a visit!

We were made to feel very welcome by a warm and friendly team. The dishes were delicious and brought products from the region. A real treat, we will gladly return on a future trip to Dublin.

We had a beautiful family dinner here for Christmas. The menu was excellent with lots of choice and good value for money. All 7 of us were very happy with our food, pork belly and pheasant were just delicious. The staff that served our table were very polite and attentive.
However it s very unfortunate that we left the restaurant with a sour taste. On leaving I heard a Senior male staff member make a nasty comment cursing at us under his breath in relation to the tip that was left. I was so shocked by the comment I just left the restaurant without turning to confront him. When I told my family what I thought I heard they all confirmed that they also noticed the same persons change in behaviour, very clearly demonstrating he was not happy once the tip was given.
Overall we had a lovely meal but unfortunately what now we will remember was being treated badly and leaving feeling disappointed. Due to this appalling behaviour I think we will be finding elsewhere to dine next time and will not be recommending 101 Talbo St. I m only sorry I did not confront this person about it at the time.

Lovely experience of the Christmas 3-course dinner menu. Went in on a busy Saturday night but the service was really nice and quick! The seafood chowder is a meal itself! And the pheasant main was yum. Would visit again without doubt!

Very good restaurant recommended by the backpacker. Refined taste at the key. I loved it ! If you are visiting Dublin, this is a must-do address, unless the price can put you off ... it's a bit higher than average, but worth it!

I ate here recently with a partner during the busy Christmas season. Several much larger parties (8 and 10+) were also present in the restaurant at the same time. Despite how busy they were the staff at Talbot 101 made us feel welcome and were constantly available to help us with our orders. We had excellent seating, although I do not think there are any bad seats in the restaurant! The food was also wonderful, both my partner and I cannot wait to return. Wholeheartedly recommend a visit to this magical little gem just off one of Dublin's busiest streets.
