Beautiful and well-kept room. Welcoming and helpful staff. Old-fashioned place but with personality. Do not miss the truly delicious pork tenderloin. Even the desserts are cured and very beautiful.

Great food in this hard to find if you don't know where to look. Had the early bird menu and everything was delicious. The smoked potato cake - yummmmmm.

Have not eaten here for many years but went last week before going to Abbey Theatre. Excellent menu earlybird selection and service at a very reasonable cost. Enjoyed our meal very much but found it difficult to talk as there was such a buzz, it was very noisy.

Great value. Lot's of vegetarian options. Interesting ingredients and combinations of flavours. Friendly staff with casual relaxed atmosphere. Only downside when restaurant was full, it got very loud -some soft furnishings would help to absorb the noise.

how many times I passed by and I never noticed this place before, however I went today for dinner and it gave me a such a nice surprise, the quality of the food and also the service was stunning. Highly recommended, you totally have to check this place out

Inconspicuous from the outside. If I did not get a tip, we would have passed. And that would have been a pity, because we would have missed the great food and the super nice service! The selection is perfectly tailored to different tastes. Even gluten intolerance is considered. Here you are looking forward to coming back.

Better than most in Dublin. Well worth a visit if you're after well executed cooking in a lively atmosphere. Staff are excellent too, very friendly and attentive.

Amazing restaurant. The food is succulent, the deco is really thoughtful and the service is great. Only problem is that it is really noisy because of its popularity.

After years of walking past this place on a nearly daily basis I finally got the opportunity to check it out.

It's a lot bigger than you'd think from the outside. Although it's only one room from what I saw, it's large enough to hold a deafening amount of people. The wait staff are incredibly friendly, probably the highlight of our visit.

Unfortunately the food didn't stand out to me during my visit a few months back. I got the venison and it was quite salty, though by no means inedible. As mentioned before also, there are a lot of people in this single room when the restaurant is busy, making it hard to hear your company without your conversation evolving into a shouting competition.

The competition for higher-end restaurants in the area isn't much so if you're really itching for a steak in the area of Talbot st then this is probably your best bet.

Food was fantastic for everyone. The waiter spilled 4 drinks on us and didn't give us complimentary drink's which I found strange considering we ended up with wet laps. He was however very apologetic but the gesture would not have gone amiss. Sun was blinding us when sun going down so could do with blinds on the windows. I probably would eat there again and be willing to give it one more chance as the food was delicious.

Very nice restaurant. Ambiance is a bit austere, but the food is fantastic and reasonably priced 31 Euro for a the course meal. I would have given 5 stars but the tuna was away too salty. This was one of the few times we did send the food back. The second time it was better. The desert was great. A tip, the is an early bird menu that is even better price quality. You have to arrive before 19:15.

I recently had my Work Christmas lunch here. They were very busy and had to cater for a large crowd. The food was amazing and the serving staff were lovely even though they were under immense pressure. Overall a little gem of a place and I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend it. Good value too!

The place is amazing with tasty food. My girlfriend and myself visited the restaurant and we liked it a lot and made us to visit again. Although that s the case, when we were not willing to give the tip, the staff was little rude, which is why I reduced one star. It might be difficult for some people to give tip because of many reasons. Ignoring that, the restaurant is good with neat and tidy seating and great delicious food.
