I called the UTA admissions and record department, and this lady named Sophia was so rude for no reason. I had asked her a simple question and she seemed aggravated after I asked her about an admission question. She also rudely interrupted me, while I spoke in a professional manner. I understand people have bad days, but no reason to get upset and show your feelings at work. Very unprofessional.
