As with dealing with any car dealer. Our experience was very good. Our salesman, Tim Tomlinson, was great, he wasn't over-bearing or pushy. They made a fair offer on our trade-in versus trying to low ball it and had a good sales price which most of the time doesn't go hand in hand. Very impressed.
