Don t know where to start but I ve encountered most of the NYC s Lexus dealerships and nothing comes close to the type of attention to detail and treatment I received from the Lexus dealership of Englewood in New Jersey. I came to service my vehicle on the other side of the bridge on a whim and struck gold. I met Joel who was very knowledge and pleasant to work with. He made me feel comfortable and broke down the necessary service that needed to be done with my vehicle. Not at any moment did he pressure or force anything extra on me to make a buck. I honestly enjoyed my time at this dealership and would pay the toll every time knowing that I m getting genuine service from genuinely honest people. Thanks Joel!
