The Hotel is a bit expensive but of good quality. Great staff, good restaurant, nice bar and good atmosphere. There is even a small "grocery store" inside the hotel if you want to buy snacks (fresh pastries / sandwiches / drinks) or anything else available all day / night. The Sunday we were there, there was a little jazz performance by a small group of singers. Very pleasant and lively.

Good equipment in the rooms (good hairdryer, several towels, large shower, large comfortable bed).

The only downside is that there is really nothing around the hotel (no supermarkets or restaurants or anything), fortunately the metro (Overamstel) is 10 minutes walk from the hotel and you allows you to reach the center of Amsterdam directly in 7 stations!
