This is the 4th time I go to this establishment. It is certainly a passing hotel that remains (rather remained!) Correct even if the quantity took precedence over the quality, we remained in a good quality / price ratio and a very good reception. And yet this time, I am very disappointed: I reserve a triple room thinking as usual in the renovated part as the last 3 times.
Arrival at the hotel, besides the chaotic and lamentable welcome (A 2 stars would have done better: not even the
Famous sbam, base of accueuil to the hotel. It seems that the hostess is angry with us !!) I am told that I did not specify and I am given a room with air conditioning that does not work and a bathroom outdated and very far from the reception in the old building (room 654 to refuse!). I complain at the reception. The counter agent (receptionist) whom I fall on is neither friendly nor accommodating, a disdainful limit. She is not looking for a satisfactory solution and is referring me to my reservation. You had to be careful with this! What the hell I just found the definition of bad faith. It does not feel good loyalty. Dialogue of deaf and without solution. And 157 euros a night !! More. I'm here from November 1st to November 3rd. We had come to change the air. It's a bad start! Both the Check in was annoying and disappointing.
