I'm sorry I can't put fewer stars than one.
The friendly and nice staff, but then a crap.
4 days in Rome passed very well if it weren't for the hotel that really spoiled everything a bit.
I spent a day and a half without hot water. And even before I left, while I was trying to take a shower, (after they had assured me that they had solved the problem) the shower almost exploded, for more than half an hour only the wrinkle came out. I went downstairs to complain but for them as far as I could understand it was not a problem. They didn't even apologize.
The rooms are "old fashioned" (like the rest of the hotel).
Pretty good breakfast but definitely not for a 4 star hotel (it doesn't even deserve a star!)
I am really disappointed.
