As I was unable to get the vacuum bag filter ES51,...

As I was unable to get the vacuum bag filter ES51, I wrote the Customer Service. They advised me to buy from the Service Centre at Galaxis. I went there, and asked for a box of ES51 filter. The counter staff gave me a box of S.Bag filter instead and assured me that S.Bag is correct. I brought home but found out it doesn't fit. I called and wrote to the Customer Service again. They replied that "our stocks are non-exchange/refundable", even though I highlighted the issuance of wrong product by Electrolux Service Centre staff. Is this reasonable?
