If there was a way to make this 0 stars I would. My mother was a patient here for over 56 hours with an open fracture on her left ring finger. Pain management consisted of morphine and hydrocodone along with antibiotics. But to leave her in that state without doing some kind of surgery to either repair the damage or amputate they have done nothing but x-ray and ultrasound. Surgeons do NOT have a right to pick and choose their patients! They have taken the oath to HELP and TREAT patients. I have no words but how DISGUSTED and APPALLED by their lack of treatment. I do NOT recommend going to Albany Medical Center for any reason.
