I had a problem with my car hesitating when I tried to accelerate. I have a Rogue and fortunately the work was under manufacturers warranty. I was offered my choice of a loaner car for the time it would take to finish the work in my vehicle. I was updated as to when my car would be ready, and also was called and given a timeframe to return the loaner car so I could pick mine up. Lamarcus was very accommodating and Dave good service. No worries at all.
